The hotel is well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from our room, which made our stay even more special. There is also a spa area available, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

Cons:

Our room was uncomfortably warm during our stay. We were informed that rooms ending in *03 (such as 203 and 303) tend to be significantly hotter than the others, apparently due to the way the heating system is configured. While this may primarily be an issue during the winter season, the temperature in our room was excessively high, and there was no effective way to regulate it. As a result, we had to sleep with the windows open throughout the night.

Pros:

Hotel was great overall - it is a well maintained property with spacious rooms and great amenities. Spa is a very nice to have especially during the colder months. Breakfast is all right - some of the things had run out as we went quite late but staff was super nice to prepare a new set for us specifically.

Cons:

Shower in the room needs a little bit of maintenance, sprays in all directions.

The place is perfect with beautiful view. The hotel is not bad but is not impressive, for 5 star hotel the expectations are higher.

Cons:

Pay via booking because if you pay in the hotel you will pay more.. I did not know but the hotel ask me 10 leva (approximately 5€ more) than the price which booked via booking...
