Un bel établissement dans une belle region
Pros:

La demeure, les chambres, les petits déjeuners, l’espace bien etre, la région et surtout aussi le sens commercial du personnel: en dernière minute nous avons du écourter notre séjour d’une nuit. Bien que la "période d’annulation" était dépassée, cette dernière nuit nous a été remboursée.

Cons:

Dommage que le centre soit un peu plus de 1km.

la vue sur la ville et les montagnes - Petit déjeuner copieux et varié - Gâteaux pour le goûter mis à disposition gratuitement - la taille de la chambre - la taille de la douche - les deux télés à disposition - les salons spacieux avec cheminée - le parking très pratique - l'emplacement à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville

Cons:

Le fait que le spa n'était pas toujours fonctionnel aux horaires annoncés - la présence d'enfants de nettement moins de 14 ans dans l'espace bien être

Bon séjour
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, le comfort du lit et des oreillers. Calme, pas de bruit de voiture.

Cons:

Le bruit des talons à 7h du matin, de la personne au dessus de notre chambre.
Un peu loin du centre ville. Pas de navette de l'hôtel pour aller à la station de ski ou en ville (seulement une navette privée, payante 7€, qu'il faut réserver 24/48h à l'avance. Pas d'anticipation pour savoir si nous avions besoin de navette ou quel était la raison de notre revue.
Pas de rideaux de douche, donc il y a de l'eau partout après la douche, et pas de serpillère pour nettoyer nous même.

Pros:

Excellent séjour ! L’accueil à l’arrivée et le personnel très disponible, l’hôtel très joliment décoré et l’ambiance chaleureuse, le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel copieux et varié, l’emplacement et le parking gratuit, notamment pour la foire de la Saint Ours, le spa.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour l’insonorisation dans les chambres.
