Ausencia de ascensor a las habitaciones
Llegamos y nos avisaron que no tenían agua caliente en las habitaciones, la reserva la había hecho el mismo día y ya sabían del problema. Deberían no activar disponibilidad, por qué perdí tiempo y luego fue más difícil encontrar disponibilidad de otros hoteles.

Problemas con la ducha: no tuvimos agua caliente por una cañería que no estaba reparada según lo que nos informaron.
Se agradecen las disculpas de la recepcionista y su gestión para compensarnos lo que aceptamos.
Sin embargo, la crítica va dirigida a la administración por no haber solucionado el desperfecto con anticipación.
