Sentirse en sur. Entre Maderas, araucarias y vista

Hotel con una muy buena vista hacia el fiordo, la gente del personal, realmente amable, tanto en la recepcion como a la hora del desayuno, me ayudaron con una bandeja para llevar el desayuno a mi senora que se sentia mal el domingo en la manana, la gente cordial y proactiva, volveria cada vez que visito castro.

Falla en la disposición y alternativa de solucion de problema real y a la vista

Hemos concurrido a este Hotel anteriormente, esta vez fue decepcionante, solo no gusto el desayuno

Cons:

La habitación en el 2do piso, luego de soportar un fuerte ruido constante de caída y flujo de agua, hice el reclamo, el Hotel no tenía mas habitaciones disponibles, ofreció una atención en el valor, la cual tuvimos que aceptar ya que no era factible salir a buscar otro Hotel a esa hora, muy mal la relación, actitud y disposición de la persona que se presentó como "administradora"
