El hotel en si era muy bueno, el personal muy servicial, buen desayuno y gastronomia, instalaciones mantenidas, estacionamiento y WiFi buenos.
La parte donde me aloje carece de accesibilidad lo que implica que los 4 pisos son por escalera, la calefacción y el agua caliente sufrieron fallos, creo que el ala nueva resuelve lo edilicio, le falta iluminación a la piscina y los saunas estaban fuera de servicio.
El hotel es precioso , el desayuno delicioso y el personal muy amable
Que no hubiera ascensor, sobretodo si viajas con personas mayores pero es lo único a mencionar el resto fue una hermosa experiencia

Excelente ubicación, está 2 cuadras del centrola. Ista de las habitaciones es hermosa ya que da al lago, el servicio de spa (piscina temperada, jacuzzi y sauna) excelente. Desayuno rico y variado
Estacionamiento estaba copado uede ser por el fin de semana largo, Pero para lo hermosos el hotel era un poquito chico
