A nice and convenient place to stay if you're flying out of Heathrow Terminal 4.
Pros:

We always stay at an airport hotel the night before a flight to avoid any complications: this hotel is ideally situated for that. Evening meal and breakfast was very tasty!

Cons:

It's quite the trip from the terminal, so a moving walkway would be a nice touch.

Decent airport hotel.
Cons:

The air conditioning in our room (#1042) was inoperable when we checked in; we fiddled with the controls but the system would not turn on. I tried calling the front desk but there was no answer, so I went to the front desk and explained the problem. I was told the system could be reset remotely and that the A/C would be fixed within 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later there was no A/C, so we called the front desk, received the same guidance and 20 minutes later the A/C started to work. We were tired from our journey and would have much preferred the A/C was functioning from the get=go.

It was fine for one night.
Pros:

Liked the amount of space. Didn’t like that I had to turn on the air conditioner and wait 20 minutes before it had any effect

Good location but there are others to choose from in the same location.

Cons:

The bedroom was rough around the edges to say the least. The carpets were stained. Bits of the walls were peeling off. The mattress felt so old that the springs were coming through. No where to leave the hire car while unloading and checking in. No one ever picked up the phone when I called before checking in. The location is good but there is plenty of others to choose from in the same location.

Staying at the Crowne Plaza Heathrow is lovely. It makes a long flight much easier.
