Comfortable, well located hotel
Pros:

Great location a few minutes walk to terminal 4 and linked to many options for quick and free transportation between terminals. Quiet an comfortable and great last minute cancellation option.

Few dining options- none in walking distance outside hotel and the ones inside the hotel were scarce on variety and rather expensive

Perfect location for Heathrow airport. Food and drinks somewhat expensive even for south England.
Pros:

Location, restaurant quality and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Check out was unmanned. Had to wait which would have been okay had we not been in a hurry.

Drink prices are unnecessarily expensive.

Enjoyable Stay.
Pros:

Wifi connection superb, room spacious and well appointed. Loved the walk-in shower we requested.

Cons:

Breakfast: Better selection fruit salad & berry compote. Room: a selection of herbal teas in room instead of just english breakfast and earl grey.

Cons:

Have emailed several times after being told when I checked out that I would be emailed an invoice, still not received one…when I called, I was automatically put through to a message to use website. As I booked on Booking.com I do not have the correct reservation number 😡
