Pros:

- less than 5 minute walk to the T4 terminal and Heathrow Express train. This made for a quick and seamless connection to the terminal for my early morning flight
- comfortable beds
- excellent service in the bar area
- spotlessly clean and updated room

Cons:

- food was, in my opinion, EXTREMELY expensive

No fridge in the room to keep food/drink cool. No complementary slippers…..otherwise not bad as an airport hotel

Excellent as always
Pros:

Convenient location and lovely staff.

Cons:

Everything was fine, although the facilities are a bit tired. Also i couldn’t find any plastic bag liners in the rubbish bin so i had nowhere to throw tea / coffee bag’s away.
