Great hotel in the perfect location.
Breakfast was slow.. Rooms was ok, outside most rooms were empty take away bags, dirty nappy bags.. not nice
Very clean. Easy access to terminals 2-5.
Staff was wonderful. Facility was clean and well kept.
The bed was not as comfortable and the eggs benedict was cold.
Room was nice, clean and well appointed. Staff were very good as well, breakfast was also excellent.
Dinner was very poor. Working at airports, I know that hotels will charge more that are directly linked to airport, but the cost and quality of the dinner menu was simply not acceptable.
The chicken wings I had for a starter was OK, quite tasty, sauce was bland but £15 - just too much. The worse was to come with the burger which was from what I recall £25 (may have been £26). The beef patties (you get two) was of very poor quality meat. They had the same texture, taste and ingredients as the cheap burger that you will get at a pop up fair - exactly the same. Surely if you are charging this much for a burger, please, put one patty in that is made from decent meat and actually produced be chefs at the hotel - these are simply supplied in and just not good enough - hate to say it, but Premier Inn's burgers are better - still not great but at £10 cheaper, a lot more palatable.
Room upgrade was very welcome, we had a suite so we had more space and a quiet room.

Reception wasn’t clearly marked as Crowne Plaza was a little confused.
