Lounge experience exceptional. Michela is the best
Very comfortable room totally soundproofed from the noise of the airport. Recommend for those with early flights.

We had a really nice stay and thoroughly enjoyed visiting the lounge at the Crowne Plaza. All of the staff were lovely and welcoming, but Mihaela particularly stood out. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Her great service made a real difference to our experience, and we truly appreciated her hospitality.
What an absolute joyful evening in the hotel lounge. Great food and drink selection. Mihaela was superb, very attentive and kind, serving wine and food with a big smile. Definitely will come back.

We stayed in a club room at CP Heathrow T4. The staff were extremely welcoming especially Mihaela in the club room. The whole experience was lovely and made the journey so much more relaxing.

The supervisor today Mihaela was really friendly and helpful. She came round to everyone table refilling drinks and helping them where possible. Also giving out recommendations on drinks. Great service from this lovely lady.

We arrived at this hotel by UBER this afternoon, our driver was super friendly and helped us out with our luggage, which was considerable as we are emigrating.
When we had checked in the receptionist called for someone to help with our luggage, Teddy is a small chap, but coped beautifully with our 4 big cases without a word of complaint and was very cheerful and friendly.
It is with a heavy heart I have to write this review and my rating is purely on the terrible drop off charge policy at the entrance.
I’ve stayed here a lot over the years and the team are excellent.
Sadly and recently they have imposed a drop off charge which has resulted in either UBERs refusing to collect or my company’s driver service being regularly fined.
A hotel where you cannot get a taxi to and from is useless.
Please check out the review of this on Head for Points. The reviewers has debunked the hotels suggestion that the charge is being stipulated by Heathrow.
For my penultimate stay I am glad to see the bar menu has changed.
