Good location for the airport, reasonable prices. Mihaela in the Club Lounge was particularly helpful and provided a high level of service.
Close to the airport
The staff at the reception. Very difficult and not helpful.

Easy final stay on a long UK trip. Hard to beat an airport stay when you fly the next day.
Beware, the trains and access to T4 are a mess, especially if you have luggage. You may be at the airport, but still give yourself plenty of time, especially if you're flying T2 or T3.
Luxury property. Great sized room (suite). The suite provided access to the Club Room with complimentary food/drinks. Close to T4.
Had to pay car fee (£7) for simply dropping bags at hotel. Should be refunded if staying at hotel.
Excellent and convenient for accessing underground and airport
“I had an appalling experience with one member of the front desk staff after dining at the hotel restaurant. When I asked for a detailed invoice, the receptionist rudely told me to check with the restaurant, even though it was closed. This was the first time I encountered such behavior here, as most of the staff are usually very kind and helpful. I expect this issue to be addressed, as it was a very disappointing deviation from the norm

Stains on the floors and desk, room service was very slow and required follow up calls.
