Pros:

The rooms were exceptional and the breakfast was amazing

Omelettes, could use more fresh fruit and yoghurt

Cons:

Dinners are very expensive in the restaurant, limited choices and mediocre food. I wouldn’t eat there again.

I would not stay here again due to the walk from the airport to the hotel which is not the most welcoming home .

Cons:

The fact we needed a taxi to take us on to the car rental place , the driver of the taxi had to pay the hotel for pick up charge .We were outside waiting to be picked up so we were less than 5 mins .
A long walk from the airport to the hotel when you’ve be on a plane for over 12 hours .

Tried to cancel as originally flying to Abu Dhabi, by g which was sensible. Was

Common decency!!! Tried to cancel, and allowed to do so.

Had to pay cancellation fee which was identical to the booking charge!!!!

方便吧，从4号航站楼过来走二层走廊就到了，比较方便。不过大家不要出4号航站楼。

Cons:

当天无意识上了一趟预定，发现我比别人贵了二十多镑，如果当天预定会便宜，有点难过

It served its purpose and location perfect but lacked friendliness and atmosphere.
