Superb Stay at lovely hotel
Pros:

Excellent stay. Fabulous room with lovely bathroom and separate shower and toilet. Great decor with automatic blinds and curtains. Desk and settee.
Huge bed. Lovely linen. Every convenience. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing was wrong. All was superb!

very comfortable hotel - maybe I’m there at a wrong temperature
Pros:

everything was good from room to facility and dining

Cons:

the room was hot as the temperature dip on outdoor. it was hot and beyond tolerance. breakfast was good but overwhelm during weekend

Pros:

The room is perfect and staffs were friendly and helpful. One of the disadvantage is that we have arrived at the hotel at 14:30 (after the check in time it stated), but we have been waited for over an hour to be allocated to a room. The reason was that numbers of customers have checked out lately and eventually the rooms were unavailable when we arrived. In addition, we went to the pool in the morning, we have found a number of kids were not behaving in the public area such as pouring drinks in the pool, none of the staffs on duty warned about the unbehaved behaviour. Overall, the room was tidy and in good condition, but improvements in services for customers and publics should be undertaken.
