An amazing, central space, but not for a quiet nights sleep
Pros:

The room blew us away! A very impressive, luxury space.

Cons:

We were in room 2 on the ground floor, and the noise from the square outside was very loud.

Perfect Palma stay!
Pros:

Tastefully designed accommodation in an old industrial building. Staff friendly and professional. Very central location close to bus stop from airport and in the city of Palma close to all shops and attractions.

Super suite in great location that contributed to a great stay in Palma.
Pros:

Well appointed and great location for our short break in Palma. Staff could not have been more helpful. Our suite was very luxurious and super quiet at night. Coming back from a very warm day around Palma city centre, the suite was super cool and a great place to kick back for an hour or two before heading out again.

Excellent pick for downtown Palma stay
Pros:

The service and attention we received and the location were impeccable. The building itself has a unique design and is very interesting to stay in.

Cons:

It’s not hotel’s fault but I got woken up twice during the night, first by some guys shouting and singing on their way back home and then by some guy riding a scooter under my window. Our room was above Carrer de la Ferreira, maybe the rooms on the other side are quieter.

Demasiado caro por lo que ofrecen
Pros:

la posibilidad de hacer el checkin a ltas horas de la noche sin necesidad de personal

Cons:

Muy caro para lo ofrecen: * no habia ningun armario en mi habitacion, toda la ropa colgada a la vista, los zapatos por el suelo.
* el wc hacia un ruido muy fuerte de cañerias a cada hora sin usarlo, sin motivo, y por la noche eso te despierta...
* servicio de limpieza de habitaciones solo cada 3 días...

Pros:

Everything was great, the suite was really spacious and well decorated and the kitchenette had all the main appliances. Location was pretty central with multiple restaurants nearby and a supermarket 1 min away. Staff was also very friendly and helpful ! Definitely would stay again in Fil suits if we return to Mallorca.

Cons:

At night you can hear some noise from the outside square but it’s something most people probably won’t notice

Eine ruhige, angenehme Nacht in einem schönen, gut gelegenen Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist ausreichend gross, hat einen Kühlschrank und ist hell und modern. Es ist ein grosser Spiegel, sowie beim Bad ein Spiegel, der von zwei Seiten aus einsehbar ist. Klasse, wenn man zu zweit ist.

Cons:

Die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine ist toll, jedoch gibt es keine Milchportionen... für jemanden, der seinen Kaffee mit Milch/Kaffeerahm trinkt, nicht optimal. Es gäbe ja auch Milchpulver... vielleicht ist das ja eine Idee. Aber nur Kaffeekapseln und Zucker reichen mir persönlich leider nicht.

Hermoso y calido hotel con mucha identidad
Pros:

La limpieza, el silencio en las habitaciones. La decoración del hotel. Las camas súper comodas. Las personas que lo atienden, todas muy amables, en especial Liliana que nos acomodó para que tengamos las dos habitaciones juntas, y nos entregó la habitación mucho antes del horario del check in.

Cons:

Esta muy cerca de una zona de prostitutas.

Lovely accommodation
Pros:

Was blown away by the beautiful building and how clean and impressive it was.
The location was excellent and in the centre of palma 10 min walk to the cathedral.
The room was clean , modern , the air con was powerful . Also a big walk in shower , and big comfy bed.
Coffee machine is provided also smart TV.

Cons:

Was no balcony or outside views from the room just a window looking to other rooms and indoor court yard.
