The staff was very organized…the property was well run and beautiful historic building and area

Location: Very convenient as you are in old town and an easy walk to the waterfront. There are many many restaurants a very short walk away. Hotel: Feels newly renovated. Had a suite with full kitchen, dinning areaand large balcony. Very clean and modern. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed to be in a locals area which was very nice as the closer you get to the waterfront tourists take over. I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and with this trip being a proposal, was very romantic and fitting for our stay as a honeymoon suite!

Great spot!

We felt that this was an incredible property with beautiful rooms, although we had a mixed experience with our room for the first two nights being in the ground floor, facing onto the road and also next to the lift and cleaning cupboard. Due to the noise from outside, other guests, and the cleaners in the morning, we had very little sleep.

We raised our concerns with reception and while they were unable to move us in the first night (we were there during the Easter holidays), they did move us to an excellent room on the 4th floor for the second half of our stay - the room was great and no noise at all.

It feels like there is just one room in the hotel letting it down, and I wonder whether they could either repurpose it or install more soundproofing. Had we not had the first two nights in the noisy room, our review would have been flawless. The staff are lovely, beds very comfortable, showers powerful, and once you check out you have facilities to change and shower before your flight.

A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip. The communal areas in the hotel are immaculate and the room was too. We had a small balcony that overlooked the front of the property, which was a great addition. The room was clean and comfy, with a TV to watch Netflix. The bathroom areas are quite quirky, but that’s only something to bear in mind dependent on who you’re sharing the room with! All in all, we couldn’t recommend it more.

Great stay exceeded expectations.

No windows! Was a ground floor room every sound heard from outside and next to lift and laundry room. AC and tv didn’t work either. Great location and lovely building but must have been the worst room in the hotel. Won’t return as very disappointed
