Pros:

Ordentliche Unterkunft im Zentrum von Taif mit Tiefgarage. Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zum zentralen Souk, alle notwendigen Einrichtungen (Geschäfte, Restaurants) liegen ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war geräumig und in ordentlichem Zustand, ich würde wieder hier übernachten! Einziger Nachteil: Meine Reservierung wird erst nicht gefunden, obwohl im mäßig belegten Hotel kein anderer Europäer übernachtet. Ein kurzer Chat mit Expedia behebt das Problem, denn während des Chats ruft Expedia beim Hotel an und klärt die Situation (grosses Lob an Mohammed von Expedia für diesen Super-Service!).

Pros:

My FIRST and LAST time I will make any reservation though Hotels.com, worst experience ever, I have never stayed at the hotel because I had an accident in the road, so I had to cancel my tirp, when I contact the hotel to reschedule my booking they told me I have to contact Hotels.com in order to change the dates I tried everything to reach you I couldn't I Called on overseas Call and waited for 30 minutes no answer... Worst after sales servics ever... Thanks that Bookig.com still working
