Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett, der Raum geräumig und mit einer kleinen Küche, alles hat funktioniert.

Cons:

Das Fenster zur Strassenseite ist einfach verglast. In der Nacht ist es sehr sehr laut wenn die Motorräder vorbeirasen.
Ich kann da nachts nicht schlafen, Tagsüber ist Stau auf der Thappraya Rd. wer also bis morgens um 6:00 feiert und tagsüber schläft kommt hier gut zurecht.

Нормально, бюджетно. Удобно.
Pros:

Удобное насположение - рядом с дорогой.

Cons:

Рядом стройка, днём шумно. Но вечером и ночью - нормально.
С другой стороны, в Паттайе сейчас почти везде стройка.

Don't like it. It was so smelly

Location and silence

Cons:

Terrible room. They gave us water only 2 hours after check-in. There was no shampoo in the room, no towels in the room, and no soap. The bed linen was stained. It was impossible to step on the floor. The floors were very dirty.
There was a pot of rotten water under the sink, because when you wash your hands, the water would drain into the pot. What the hell. How can this place be called a hotel?

WiFI actually surprisily good.

Cons:

Maitance is absolute bad:
1 Maintance
2 Sink in shower didn't work
3 Leaking water
4 Wind noise over window (you can;t close it see #1)
5 No Elevator
6 No hot water (very weak pressure)
7 Water stay at floor in bathroom and become cold after a while
8 Cleaning upin request only and they do not refresh water in room - you NEED to ask for it
