Pros:

房间不清洁。水杯、水煲等用具也有不少明显污渍。房间服务电话要打几次才有人接听。check out时更用了很长时间，一时说要查一查我的房费是否含早餐，一时说是要检查清楚我应该用什么方法支付，前台对check out这个基本程序竟然不能应付自如，服务员态度也很差。这我入住过众多酒店中最差劣的！

Beautiful lace to stay beside nice ski park.
Pros:

Fantastic. Very nice place. Will come again as it is so beautiful. Easily the nices hotel in this city. Ski park is just a few steps away. However, the staff in the hotel and generally the ski area do not speak English at all. Be prepared to face frustrating ski arrangements as you need to go to various booths for park entry, child insurance, insteuctors and also rentals. And they only seak mandarin. If you do not have wechat pay, be prepared to bring loads of cash as the deposit for equipment rentals àre over 10k RMB. They don't accet a credit cards.

Pros:

Should add more space for clothes hanging, since it is a ski resort. At least put more hangers in the wardrobe.
Consider to provide massage service in hotel.
Carpark design is really bad.
