Would definitely come back. Will keep an eye out for possible condo ownership!!
Pros:

Loved our accommodations. Very clean. Could live there!! The grounds were immaculate. Loved that there were so many things for guests to do. Swim, sauna, lawn games, fire pits, outdoor movies.....

Cons:

We struggled with the "streaming" TV in our room and it took over an hour for someone to come to our room only to take the remote to that TV out of a cupboard to give to us. Once we had the remote, it worked perfectly.
Since it is a family resort, we expected children, but sometimes they were very "busy and loud". The folks above us sounded like they were jumping all over the place up there. Again, it was to be expected at a family resort.

Pros:

Het was fijn dat je nog gebruik kon maken van het buitenzwembad.

Cons:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Dit valt ons iedere keer opnieuw op en wij zijn hier al 4x geweest.

All in all it was pleasant
Pros:

I loved having 2 bedrooms.

Cons:

No shower on the first floor. The Kurig didn't work.
The bed was too soft. We had to have someone come in twice to fix the television.

Cons:

Ac unit could not keep up and was very loud. And the power went out as well. Room was very roomy but a bit dated. And I do not know what too think about collecting all the linens before leaving and placing them in a bag.

When we come back to Maine for a vacation, we will definitely stay with you again.
Pros:

'We were very impressed with the facility and our room was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well supplied with pots and dishes. Having a dishwasher was really handy. It was very quiet and everyone was super friendly.

Cons:

Really, there wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Mediocre
Pros:

I liked that it had 2 floors and 2 bathrooms. The chairs on the porch were nice. Full kitchen was convenient.

Cons:

The carpet was so dirty…. It made all my kids feet BLACK… they had to were shoes and when they forgot their feet got black… the phone was broke, light bulbs were out. The couch and chair were old looking. The air conditioner was only in the bedrooms. We tried to go to pool at 1:00pm one of the days and it was closed for maintenance for an hour which I thought they should do that in the evening… or after hours…. Not in the middle of the day… over all ok… but we would not go back!! Mom of 3 kids and a sweet boyfriend… we did love the Wells area!

Pros:

Room was spacious. Very busy location on the property.

Cons:

This was a last minute booking to help out a family member. The location was convenient, but this was clearly the last room in the place. The bathroom was “well worn “ and the parking could be problematic. It was next to a very busy laundry room.
