Excellent property and host in charming location!
Pros:

This property and host were EXCEPTIONAL. Deirdre gave us very clear instructions on getting to the property and getting into the secured lot and where to park. The townhouse is located in a beautiful, clean and vibrant area with excellent food and taverns just a stone's throw from the front door. The townhouse was spacious, immaculate and well furnished. The living area and bedrooms were very comfortable. There was plenty of bedding, pillows and towels provided. All necessary instructions for internet access, entertainment and dining options, checkout procedures and anything else were readily and tastefully posted. We utilize hosted properties quite often and this was definitely among our best experiences!

Pretty much great, will probably try and book again in the future.
Pros:

We liked everything, tbh, felt very safe and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing really, the only reason they didn’t get 10 stars is because the communication wasn’t that great, we tried reaching out to see about taking advantage of the complimentary late check out and were never responded to. Other than that this place was pretty great.

Comfortable 3-story townhouse in eclectic old Highlands area of Louisville.
Pros:

Location! The Highlands on Baxter/Bardstown roads, eclectic old Louisville. Walk to pubs, cafes, shops. Lots of farmers markets Saturday mornings on Bardstown Rd. Easy drive to downtown but if you prefer, there is a bus stop directly in front of the building. Dedicated off-road parking at door. Privacy (huge ensuite bedrooms with ginormous king size beds.) The 3rd floor would be perfect for a family with small children with the big bed plus a couch that looked to be a queen bed. The kitchen lacked nothing- you could make full meals; long-term stays would be comfortable. There is a half bathroom on ground floor. Close to airport and fairgrounds and downtown.

Cons:

An outdoor space would be nice.

Great location with some nice shops and bars close by. Quiet and very walkable. It was about 1.4 miles from Butchertown and the downtown party areas. We walked it multiple times and enjoyed the area a lot. The property was great with 3 floors and 3 bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms, plus couches.

Excellent townhouse and host experience!
Pros:

Our stay was excellent from start to end. Deirdre was super responsive and helpful with prompt communication. The townhouse was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the sound machines helped with the outside traffic noise.

Felt like home..
Pros:

Lovely townhouse. Very nicely appointed, great kitchen, lovely bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms. Very spacious. One of the few Ive stayed in that was actually nicer in person than in the photos! The hosts are very friendly and communication was excellent. Great location as well with plenty of things to see. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Pros:

The property was huge. Location was great. There were plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. It was extremely clean and looked newly remodeled.

Cons:

During the night there were some very noisy cars that would speed down Baxter Ave. However the owner did provide a sound machine which was very nice.
