Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple guests repeatedly call out 'very clean' and 'super clean' rooms and bathrooms; a few isolated incidents (found pill on floor, worn carpet) slightly lower a perfect score.
Service
9.2
Staff frequently described as friendly, helpful and above-and-beyond at check-in; a few negative service moments (single desk attendant overwhelmed, one unsmiling clerk, an unapologetic manager) create minor inconsistencies.
Location
9.1
Many guests note convenience to the highway and nearby restaurants, making it a strong choice for travelers; limited close dining variety mentioned by a few but overall very convenient.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms are generally comfortable with good beds, linens, updated décor and strong water pressure; some complaints about mattresses being too soft, worn bed skirt, in-room lights not working and occasional missing extras.
Amenities
8
Breakfast room praised and dining area described as bright with lots of tables; issues reported include laundry machine out, broken elevator, intermittent cable/Wi‑Fi and limited close parking — overall decent but uneven.
Value for Money
9.1
Several guests call it 'surprisingly good value' or 'worth the $$' and say they'd stay again, indicating strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast is frequently described as good, filling and varied; occasional negatives (no waffles, cold orange juice, breakfast timing too late for some) modestly reduce the score.
Overall Experience
9.4
Predominantly positive stays with repeat recommendations, easy check-in, quiet nights and many guests saying they'd return; isolated maintenance and service hiccups temper perfection.

Staff was awesome and nice quiet place to stay
Pros:

Rooms are nice and comfortable! Breakfast was good although they didn’t have waffles which is my favorite thing to eat at hotels. Everything is updated to modern look. Water pressure was great!!

Cons:

Lack of close parking spot, and lack of variety of close places to eat. But are minor issues
