A good budget hotel
Pros:

Close by tuk tuk to markets and train station. A local area with good food choices and shops. A really large room with great hot water, wifi, comfy bed and aircon and fan. A great price.

Cons:

The room cleaning was very poor for basic things

The best city hotel in Colombo and great value for money
Pros:

Overall this is one of the best city hotel in Colombo and iidel one for a transit passrnger who wanted to explore Colombo city. The entire staff was amazing and I would highly recommemd this small hotel.

Pros:

This room was a life saver for us. Room has a beautiful view. Rooms are specious. And a nice roof top with a view of Lotus tower.
We had booked another room before booking this room, which was not worth the stay and was horrifying .
But this place changed the horrifying feeling and was worth it.

Considering the price and the room itself, it’s the best accommodation I had in 2 weeks in Sri Lanka
Pros:

The location is not perfect but very easy to navigate. It is also very close to St. Anthony’s Shrine. For tuk tuk drivers who are not using Google map to find the place, show the photo of the shrine and they know it.

Cons:

The are some ants on and around the desk. Every day about three small cockroaches in or near the bathroom. But the price and the spacious room make us no complaint😄.

Stay was good but I don’t use again
Pros:

Near by city

Cons:

There is no daily cleaning the rooms 😔
I stay for 3 nights and the same bed covers Pillow covers didn’t change for my stay😔
In the room had coffee facilities but the coffee cups I have to wash my self after use all my stay I have to wash my self.
Breakfast isn’t valid for a Prise
Tost bred butter & Jam + Banane and watermelon prices not flexible every day is same
I had three Remote controls to TV, Smart Box ,& A/c control but only one remote was with battery I have to change my self and use each other .
Also battery s were not good was death.
Totally it’s not advisable for a long stay for a day it’s ok.
Only think room was good A/c and water supply in the bathroom 👍
Wo du Internet Connection is not really good 50%.
