Un petit paradis, attention aux nuisances sonores des voisins
Pros:

Les bungalows avec toutes les commodités, le personnel accueillant, le petit déjeuner copieux, la propreté, la présence d'une grande table pour dessiner, écrire, peindre, les éclairages, la situation géographique à 50m de la plage, les bons spots de snorkeling..

Cons:

Il y a du bruit régulièrement à côté au warung Sasak, des hommes jouaient dont certains trop bruyants entre 21h30 et 00h00 !

Just as always a lovely place to stay and chill and spot turtles while you have breakfast.

The staff! Always happy and always happy to help with a smile!

Cons:

Considering it was the rainy season and heavy downpours a few leaks one night in our roof
A hand rail would be great for getting in and out of the pool.

Le personnel est incroyablement gentill et relax.
L'accueil est super, les bungalows magnifiques propres et confortables.
Proche de l'arrivée du bateau, pas loin d'un bar à concert et de restaurants cool.

Leider extrem schlechter Kundenservice. Wir hatten im Biba Beach ein Zimmer für drei Nächte gebucht. Aufgrund hoher Wellen wurden jedoch alle Bootverbindungen von Bali nach Gili an drei Tagen in Folge gestrichen. Dadurch war es uns unmöglich, überhaupt nach Gili Air zu gelangen.

Wir haben mehrfach angefragt, ob man uns in dieser außergewöhnlichen Situation – für die wir nachweislich nichts konnten – entgegenkommen könnte. Auf keine dieser Nachrichten kam eine Antwort. Ergebnis: voller Preis bezahlt, keine Leistung erhalten.

Absolut enttäuschend und nicht kundenorientiert. In solchen Fällen zeigt sich, wie ein Hotel wirklich mit Gästen umgeht – und das war hier schlicht unakzeptabel.

Top verblijf voor turtle beach
Pros:

Mooi verblijf, top locatie op loopafstand van de haven. Super vriendelijk personeel en echt super behulpzaam, ik was mijn paspoort en geld vergeten in de kluis en dit werd van het hotel op Gili naar mijn hotel op lombok gebracht. Dus super betrouwbaar. De locatie zelf is ook top, aan het strand, turtle beach waarbij wij meerdere schildpadden voor het hotel hebben gezien.

Cons:

Het was niet helemaal schoon. Het kan hygiënischer. Zowel de kamer als de badkamer.

Cea mai rea cazare din toată Indonezia!
Acoperișul are scurgeri multiple la cea mai mică plaoie (mai pe scurt te trezești ca îți plouă în cap noaptea), pe lîngă ploaie acoperișul se macină și tot gunoiul ăsta cade pe totul în interior! Prin pereți și acoperiș toată noaptea se aude de parcă sărbătoresc revelionul șobolanii și șopârlele! Un miros absolut insuportabil de umezeală și mucegai (chiar dacă pentru Indonezia umezeală e ceva adesea întîlnit dar nu în așa măsură)! Curățenia e așa de bine făcută încât te temi să pui mâna pe plasa pentru țânțari și de restul în odaie! Albiturile au un miros oribil! Apa la dus vine doar pe o țeavă și logic rece plus cu un miros urât! Aerul condiționat de cea mai proasta calitate! Vecinii se aud de parcă ar fi lîngă tine în pat! La restaurant 5 chelneri dintre care 3 se joaca in telefon și 2 fumează dar niciunul sa se apropie să-ți aducă meniul! Am închiriat de la ei biciclete ca înainte de termenul achitat cu frustrare să le vrea înapoi, personalul e amabil doar la nivel de salut… și multe altele!!!
Nu mereu pozele de pe booking sunt echivalente cu realitatea dar în acest caz e prea exagerată diferența fiind nevoit să achiti 2 cazări concomitente.

Pros:

Närheten till stranden. I kanten av värsta musikklubbarna. Mycket trevlig personal.

Cons:

Det var lite si och så med AC, vi fick byta bungalow och där luktade det från avloppet och läckte in i taket vid regn. Men sköna sängar. Den andra bungalow som hade dusch utan tak vilket var mysigt, fungerade allt bra.

Good value for money, location and staff
Pros:

Very good value for money, it was well located and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and had an ocean view and pool. The massage on location was very good.

Cons:

We arrived late and there were ants all over the bed from the decorative leaves, however we complained and they immediately changed the sheets.
