Pros:

The location was good and the staff was accommodating

Cons:

Their bedsheet and blanket had stains. But the worst part was that, since I was staying in a room with a private garage, the garage was locked from the outside and they actually locked me in. I had to call so they would let me out (which is very dangerous if there was an emergency).

Rudest customer service ever!
Pros:

Stay did not happen! I booked this for my Dad’s caregiver. When she got there they said they were fully booked and will not respect my Hotels.com paid booking. I wasted two hours on Hotels.com’s chat so I can either get refunded. Luckily, they worked on getting her checked in to another hotel

Basic hotel in really sketchy area.
Pros:

The hotel is more like a 1.5 star. It is located behind some broken down houses behind an alleyway. Really not a nice location at all, and everything like stores and shops are far away. There are no swimming pools or anything to do here. The rooms are very very plain, just a bed and a table, thats it. The showerhead, yeah, it will be clogged with calcium and rust and it will not work properly. Also, toilet and shower are not separated. AC worked fine. There are cameras through the alleys so I guess thats nice. Staff is helpful.

A liitle far to downtown... Clean and Quiet.
Pros:

I was here for 2 nights accomodation. The hotel staff is accomodating. Arrived here early at 5:00 AM, and was so delighted upon knowing that we can check in as soon we arrived. For that I can give 5 stars because we didnt waited so long like other hotels that has 2pm check-in. The place is a little bit far from downtown but because I was there to take an Exam... Quietness of the place was perfect for me because I got the chance to review for the remaining couple of hours before taking my exam. The room was clean and the surroundings of the building. Food was in big servings and maybe shared by four people.. but a little bit pricey for two persons. But all in all our experience was great.

Pros:

Very scary getting here at night, going down back alleys. The Philippineos I was with were sure we should turn around but then... turn a corner and there is this nice place sitting here! Takes a little courage to find but worth the trip!
