Would definitely use it again but not in an upstairs room in the middle of a heatwave.
Pros:

The staff were really helpful. It was definitely value for money and really close to our party venue.

Cons:

We were initially given room 401 but it was unbearably hot but we asked to be moved and were moved to room 108 which was much more comfortable. So didn't like the heat in the room, even with a fan at the bed, but did like how the staff helped.

Very good value for money very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Clean well presented room
Fan was on ready to help cool the room
They had put a sheet on and removed the duvet which was very considerate
No extra charge for parking

Cons:

Nothing
Extra charge for dogs but was less than some charge and room was such a good rate to start with

Great cost and good value for money.
Pros:

Excellent staff on reception and cleaning staff. Great central location for many pubs and restaurants. Excellent parking. Excellent bus service right outside into Birmingham city centre.
Comfortable beds good bed linen. Beautiful towels. Great disability room with wet room shower for excellent accessibility.

Cons:

Breakfast in pub next door was limited choice. Only served fried eggs. Full English breakfast option Would have wanted other options. poached or scrambled eggs with avocado options.

Die Unterkunft hatte einige positive Aspekte, aber auch deutliche Mängel. Der Parkplatz war gut und die Ausstattung des Hotels insgesamt in Ordnung. Allerdings wirkten einige Bereiche etwas schmutzig. Im Zimmer war ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar, und auch im Badezimmer bemerkte man einen modrigen Geruch. Das Bett war unkomfortabel, da man leicht zur Kante hin gerutscht ist. Zudem war die Bettwäsche teilweise beschädigt und zerrissen. Für unseren Hund (ca. 15 Pfund) war die Unterkunft grundsätzlich geeignet

Cons:

Insgesamt fanden wir die Unterkunft etwas zu teuer, insbesondere für einen Hund, da keinerlei Ausstattung oder Extras für Haustiere vorhanden waren
