It was cozy, convenient, safe and welcoming.

Pros:

Place was clean and tidy. Kept during a multiple night stay

Cons:

Power went out and didn’t come back for more than 6 hours. Was not told and had to call to ask. No apologies about the inconvenience or recognition that it was extremely detrimental to charging any phones or computers

Overall good and comfortable stay, very unfortunate issue with the above room noise several nights
Pros:

Good communication and responsiveness with front desk staff, mainly Anna and also all others.

Cons:

Noise of neighbors above, bad luck I guess but still the above neighbor was exceptionally loud , stomping and pacing all hours in the room so my sleep was constantly interrupted and of ver low quality. The door to the room also had significant air and light leak through the door frame, and of course hallway noise as well. Would be nice in future to know and be given option of the more quiet rooms with less chance of such disturbances.

Great location, but furniture and decor should be improved.
Pros:

Breakfast was fairly good but the benches are much too low for the tables to eat breakfast at. The size of the room was impressive.

Cons:

There could have been more lighting in the room. I have no idea what the interior designer was thinking with the color choices in the room - very odd. I thought someone had spilled a lot of orange juice in the hotel hallway until I realized that was part of the design of the carpet. Not at all attractive.

La façon dont j’ai été traité par la receptioniste à mon arrivée.
Nous étions 5 et j’ai acheté 2 chambres pour le séjour.(ch202 et 216)
J’ai demandé 1 chambre avec 2 double bed ou 1 chambre avec Sofa bed.
On me repond qu’il n’y en n’a pas de dispo.
Je suis contraint de prendre une chambre supplémentaire (207) pour y mettre mion fils. Et là surprise la chambre qu’on me vend à un sofa bed.😡😡😡

Things can be different and changed to accommodate the guests.
Pros:

Love the bed. It’s so comfortable.

Cons:

Please don’t put us near the elevator or stairs. It gets loud and very noisy. The breakfast often ran out of food and no substitutions or replacements. The servers were nice but cleaning up before the 10am closing is not good when customers are still arriving to eat. Parking is too expensive. When a parking lot is built to be included with the accommodation.
