Choices of breakfast are good.
Cristal and Erik are absolutely amazing! Very personable and informative. They have amazing customer service and by far with all my travel they have been the best and the hotel has been great.
We stayed at the Hampton Inn Orange County Airport because our son was performing at a band competition and we were visiting Crystal Cove State Park. The Hampton’s public spaces were pleasant, inviting and well maintained. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was super quiet. We did not hear any noise from other guests, traffic or the airport. Finally, their front desk staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Well, nobody is perfect. There were no regional sports channels on their television service. If you wanted to watch the Dodgers, Angels or Lakers you were out of luck. Finally, they should provide a larger selection of fresh fruit at their breakfast buffet. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Orange County Airport and would return.
WHEN I CHECK IN THE STAFF MAKE ME FEEL WELCOME. I DROVE 7 HOURS AND HE DIDN'T ASK HE JUST GAVE US WATER... I REALLY APPRECIATED IT. HE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL.
I DIDN'T LIKE THE MATTRESS, I DIDN'T SLEPT ALMOST NOTHING. ALSO I WAS EXPECTING MORE FROM THE ROOM AND I DIDN'T GOT MY EXPECTATIONS. YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO PUT MORE BIGGER TOWELS.
Super great stay, near SNA airport. Staff is exceptionally friendly, and helpful. Airport shuttle upon request, and breakfast was really good! The rooms are well appointed, quiet and clean. I would stay here over and over. Not to mention the very affordable price. Thanks for a great stay!

I stay here about 1 week out of every month. Great location with a friendly staff. Shawna at the bar is great! She remembers my name and drink order, makes my stays feel like my home away!
Location and free breakfast
Tv had pop up interruption about weather and got blurry every 2 minutes a week ago and still doing it a week later on my second visit. It’s sad to pay $189 for room that has tv that isn’t functioning right. Vacation is for fun not to be annoying which it was and room does not have a safe for valuables…
Room was extremely clean and very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and so helpful. Also loved the little convenience store!
The only thing I did not like was that the hotel charges for parking! That's the only thing keeping me from giving this hotel a perfect score. It's a little absurd to me that parking is not included with the room rate.

Lack of ac plugs in the room for cpap, etc. TV does not face the bed.
Bed was to squeaky you can hear the springs everytime movement was made. Time for new beds?
The location to everything we needed and wanted to do was excellent. Our room was on the 5th (top) floor and it was HUGE! Breakfast was good - always nice when breakfast is included. The shower's hot water was sufficiently hot. And the two different encounters we had with the staff were both friendly and helpful.
$30 onsite parking per night seemed a bit steep. Maybe charge us $19-20 per night? I mean, it wasn't like the parkign lot was super packed; lots of open stalls.

The $30 parking fee is a bit exaggerated, especially when someone wants to stay for a longer time and *it doesn't show up explicitly* as a part of the rooms rate. I guess that in Irvine most customers have either a private or rented car.
