Es un hotel que en su momento debió de ser esplendoroso, pero ahora se ve de "capa caída". El personal fue muy amable. El desayuno es completo (bollería, yogur, zumos, café, mantequilla, huevos...) Nos guardaron el equipaje después de hacer el check-out.

Cons:

El baño tenía suciedad: restos de cal y algún pelo pegado en las paredes. Lo más molesto del baño fueron los desagües: la ducha absorbe lentamente y se encharca y el retrete pierde por algún lado, creando un charco en el baño.
La ropa de cama tenía manchas viejas. Sería bueno renovarla.

Pros:

Great location and really comfortable rooms, the best night's sleep we have had so far in Morocco. The shower was lovely. Very welcoming staff. Also the only hotel we have had in Morocco so far to have a bin and mirror in the room.

Cons:

The service is bad, the location is so loud and it's not safe at all for girls. The room smelled so bad (mold smell) that it triggered my allergy. When I tried to sleep, I felt super itchy. The property is not clean, the white sheets have dark spots. When I couldn't stay that night and asked for a refund, the cashier gave the most random reasons like: you paid the other cashier not me, so I'm not the one to refund you. I ended up losing 60 euros and staying somewhere else. Very bad experience, I don't recommend it at all.
