Super helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

Very nice hotel great value for the price. Staff went out of the way to accommodate a couple custom requests. Super helpful and super nice would definitely stay again. Merci beaucoup Agathe!

Die Zimmer waren leider nicht ganz sauber, das Mobiliar alt, das Bett durchgelegen und die Zimmertüre ging nur zu, wenn man sie verschlossen hat. Insgesamt war das Hotel extrem hellhörig, sodass man jeden anderen Gast in der Umgebung gehört hat. Nachts kam zudem ein durchgehendes Brummen hinzu, von dem ich nicht weiß, wo es her kam. Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Lage zum Hafen und der Innenstadt gewählt. Nochmal würde ich es allerdings nicht buchen.

Pros:

Our first room was disgusting. The AC unit leaked, wallpaper peeling off the walls, the door paint was coming off, and the room and bathroom looked nothing like the pictures. Once we complained we were given a junior suite which was as nicer, but still not great. The bed was falling in like a cardboard box.

On top of all that, not once did they ask for identification, nor did they provide a code to get back into the building after 10. Stay anywhere else.

Hotel comodo per traghettare, a tre minuti dall'imbarco. Albergo datato e poco insonorizzato. No parcheggio dell'hotel occorre parcheggiare altrove a pagamento.
