A comfortable, quiet, reliable, and safe stay.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, and the nearest subway station, Sasazuka, is easily accessible with just a short walk. A quick 5-minute subway ride takes you to Shinjuku, which offers access to many destinations across Tokyo and other cities in the country. There are various small restaurants and convenience stores (Lawson, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart) nearby, as well as laundromats, ATMs, and other useful services. The hotel also features an open-air rooftop with a beautiful view of Tokyo, as well as a covered area that also offers a lovely view. Coffee and snacks are available for guests.

Cons:

There is nothing to find fault with regarding the hotel. I believe that, in the case of Japan, it is very difficult to find fault with the service in general; everything runs very smoothly, and everyone is helpful and attentive to tourists who do not speak Japanese.

Loved how quiet the location was. Staff was so nice. Room is so pretty. Loved the deep tub.

I would stay at the Himalaya Cloud hotel again if I return to Tokyo.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included which wasn't a problem as there were plenty of cafes in the area. The room was a good size unlike the bigger hotels. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Close to 2 railway stations. Quite central. There was a rooftop garden which was very nice in the evening.

Pros:

Staff spoke English pretty well, all the amenities we needed. We got an extra half hour to check out. I recommend Sunday bakery for breakfast. It’s about a kilometer north-east. Scandinavian-inspired Japanese bakery. Great scones and coffee. Check their Instagram posts to see which days they are open.

Cons:

It’s right by a major road with rooms facing traffic. The nearby streets of Setagaya and Hatagaya are super nice and chill tho. We had business in the area, and the location was perfect for us. Traffic was not too noisy.
