Pros:

Exceptional in every way! The views, the spa, the pool, the rooms, the breakfast, and all the little touches throughout the hotel. The staff were 5 star and upscale without being stuffy. This hotel is now at the top of our return to list. Perfect for families who want a luxury get away in garmisch.

Pros:

Bin zum dritten Mal dort gewesen und es gab noch nie irgendwas zu beanstanden. Das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super leckeres Essen, tolle Cocktails, sehr stimmige und gemütliche Gestaltung, egal ob im Spa, im Essensbereich, ab der Bar , oder auf der Terasse. Die Zimmer sind toll und geräumig und das komplette Hotel sehr sauber

Sensationelles Hotel, ein Schmuckstück mit absoluter Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Auch mit Kindern!
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück mit Langschläferzeiten und hohe Qualität bei allen Speisen. Kuchen teils selbstgebacken. Abendessen etwas teuer, aber es gibt eine tolle Auswahl- auch eine Kinderkarte. Da der Kurpark direkt hinter dem Hotel liegt, konnten unsere Kids auch gleich rausflitzen. Eine Switch konnte man sogar ebenfalls kostenlos ausleihen. Der Wellnessbereich ist traumhaft und auch der Pool mit der Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Sehr viele Liegemöglichkeiten und große Saunen. Hat uns super gut gefallen. Personal war auch außergewöhnlich nett.
5 min zu Fuß in die Stadt und super Anbindung zur Zugspitze. Wandern, in zahlreichen Seen baden, Skifahren- alles möglich. Toll!

Cons:

Der Pool ist zwar wunderschön und warm, allerdings etwas zu klein. Richtig schwimmen ist schwierig und klappt nur, wenn kein anderer im Pool ist.

An excellent stay, and Garmisch is a hidden gem for touring.
Pros:

Our stay was excellent, we arrived a day late due to problems with our flight, and the staff were waiting for us. They looked after us very well and were very helpful with helping us to visit other areas.

Cons:

All good.

The breakfast was absolutely spectacular. Great quality, huge selection. I also recommend dinner at their restaurant, the food is really really good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful all around, we enjoyed our stay very much.
