Pros:

Otelde çift olarak bir gece konakladık ve bizim için tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Temizlik ve konfor gayet endişe vericiydi ama her şeye rağmen personel hizmet için çaba gösterdi diyebiliriz. Yeri çok iyi Anamur merkezi bir yer kabul edilebilir. Otelde çok fazla merdiven var, asansör yok, temel otel hizmetleri ise hep eksikti. Tekrar konaklayacağımızı zannetmiyorum.

A good place while journey in Turkey.
Pros:

We stayed for a night while journey to the East of Turkey. Quite a good place to sleep. Room is big, bed and linen ok, bath ok. Wi-fi ok. A good breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing to mention about.

Attention !!!!! Nous étions deux voyageurs et c'est le seul hôtel où vous vous faites facturé 1 lit double pour 1 personne !!!! Du jamais vue, pourtant on en a fait des hôtels !! Nous avons donc payé le double tarif en arrivant alors que nous avions un lit double ! Un compte de réservation est considéré comme une seule personne, attention !!!!!!!!
Pas d'ascenseur malgré les trois étages, réceptionniste très désagréable et condescendante, pas de café ni de jus de fruits au petit-déjeuner, quartier pas génial, chambre sans décoration.. Seul point positif le balcon mais sans chaise !!! A fuir inévitablement ! Des voleurs !

Pros:

First of, this is no hotel. This is more like a very shabby b&b. We stayed at this place for one night with our two small children.

First thing we did was pay for the room, the only place in turkey that charged us before doing anything else.

We got a ‘family room’ on the third floor, with no lift. The room itself was extremely unsafe for children. There was a ridiculously steep staircase with loose boards.

No baby bed was put in room, despite a received e-mail confirming this. When explained at the reception they showed us Some kind of baby bed and asked us if we would want it. Yes please. Upstairs?, they asked. Yes please. But we never received the bed.

Also a probable mistake was maken when they overcharged us for our meals. A honest mistake we reckoned. When asked about this the receipt was not the be found again. Instead the nice gentleman at the reception wrote us a fresh one just on the spot, with adjusted prices so the amount would match.

Avoid this place!
