Size of the room, family onsen , breakfast, amd quiet environment
Staff was amazing and property was well maintained
The private family onsen we were in was not working properly for us and then they had it under maintenance the following day
部屋が広く、圧迫感がない。落ち着いた雰囲気、配色等センスが良かった。スタッフの対応も丁寧で好感が持てた。

Room was great and closely located to the train station. Amenities were all right. The 1F bar was a great perk and fun to socialise with others. The library was also nice
Breakfast was very crowded and not really to our taste. The private onsen was a great addition but water temperature was way too hot and we barely lasted. The staff at the front desk did’t really speak well English, as we had to reiterate and rephrase our questions often for simple things.
Great onsen, incredible breakfast buffet, nice araff who attend to your every need.
