Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e accogliente. L’onsen presente all’interno della struttura e aperto per gli ospiti anche in orari notturni è stato il pezzo forte della nostra permanenza!

いろいろバタバタとしましたが、お部屋も綺麗で、また利用したいホテルです。
Pros:

朝食が種類豊富でとても良かったです

パーキングが12時まで止めれて、超えると1時間200円15時までに出庫でしたのでお昼近くで食事して帰ることができました。

Cons:

当日女性のお風呂が故障していてチェックイン後すぐには使えない状況でしたが、夜には入れるようになっていましたが、案内が無くて外国人の方もどうすれば良いか迷われていました。館内放送かエレベータの中でも状況を張り出してくれると良かったかなと思いました。
私ごとですが、予約キャンセルになっていると言われ少し焦りました。一度ホテルを後にして携帯の予約サイトを見ると経済済みになっており、違うサイトをキャンセルし他サイトで予約入れ直したことで受付の方も見落としていたようでしたが、なんとか泊まることができ良かったです。
