Full relax
Pros:

Il personale è stato brava e paziente nonostante io sia arivato a tarda ora causa traffico. Mi hanno anche portato il trolley fino in stanza. Niente da dire servizio impeccabile. Sono bravissimi e ospitali da quelle parti.

Pros:

Super hochwertiges Zimmer, großer Balkon, Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet! Lage auch top, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Super zufrieden!

Check-in trotz zu spät kommen war auch kein Problem es war alles vorbereitet.

Fazit wenn ich mal wieder in der Gegend bin für Bergtouren komm ich auf jedenfall wieder!

Cons:

Einzige war das das WLAN nicht so besonders gut war. Aber das ist zweitrangig.

Entspannende Übernachtung im Ahrntal

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, zentrale Lage, gemütliches Bett, gutes Frühstück, Automat mit Snacks für den kleinen Hunger, unglaubliches Panorama

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage war bei geöffnetem Fenster der Verkehr relativ laut; die Fenster waren aber sehr gut schalldicht, wenn geschlosden war es sehr ruhig

Pros:

L'hotel è in una posizione comoda per spostarsi, con i mezzi pubblici, in tutta la Valle Aurina e provincia di Bolzano. Tra l'altro, il biglietto per girare gratuitamente con i mezzi pubblici è compreso nella tariffa. Nelle vicinanze si trova ogni servizio si necessiti ( bar, supermercato, ufficio turistico, negozi di vario genere…)e la fermata del bus si trova a pochi passi.
Il parcheggio dell’hotel non è molto grande ma nelle vicinanze se ne trova uno molto ampio.
La camera è ampia con arredamento moderno e ben tenuto, è presente la tv, la cassaforte, un bel balconcino e l’illuminazione è ottima.
Anche se scorre l’Aurino proprio di lato una volta chiusa la finestra ogni rumore svanisce.
Il letto super comodo con il classico cuscino di piuma che favoriscono un buon riposo.
Il bagno è delle giuste dimensioni con dispenser di bagnoschiuma , shampoo e phon.
La colazione è organizzata all'interno di una sala accogliente con affaccio sulla chiesa di Lutago e fornita di prodotti sia salati che dolci e sono di ottima qualità.
Joseph ed Alessandra sono discreti, ma super disponibili e gentili, rendendo il soggiorno davvero confortevole.
Gli ambienti comuni sono puliti, confortevoli e dotati di telecamere per la tutela degli ospiti.
La reception non è sempre aperta, ma lasciano un contatto telefonico in caso di necessità.
Lo straconsiglio per passare un soggiorno in totale relax e serenità.
