I tried contacting the property before arriving regarding sleeping options and all I got was a thanks for contacting us. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel wasn’t like from the pictures or you need to pay ( so expensive) for the sky pool.

The reason I chosen this hotel/ apartment... is because of the sky pool.. but everything was massed up.

The man gives us the wrong room..... we had booked 2 bed but he give us 1 bed instead.....

We also found the sofa wasn’t clean... the second bed was small and so poor...

Light from the roof wasn’t finish and can not open the light.... yet!

The view is good... and the bathroom is so nice...

Kitchen is big and good..

The lift.... omg!! The thing we hate the most from this place was THE LIFT...
So much going on... they have 4 lift i guess... but one of them is broken..... we got like a plastic cards... and need to put into the electronic in lift before you going up..... but... it takes time tho.... the card sims broken but it still work like after 2 minutes trying.....

The location wasn’t the best cause they don’t have any supermarket... you need to go like 10 minutes! Me and my uncle we take the taxi!

Went to Expressionz during our transit to KL and it was worth it even though we only stayed for less than 6hrs.
Check in was smooth and welcoming.
The place was clean and spacious, with toothbrush set, towels (obviously) and even a washing machine provided (didnt need that one). The TV aerial connection was not great but wasnt really there to watch it. It was a good opportunity to refresh after our uncomfortable flight.
The location is only - depending on the time of the day - around 10mins by car to Petronas TT and Suria shopping mall, or bout 30mins walk.
It was a great stay with helpful staff at the reception. Just bear in mind that there is an additional 10RM (~3.5aud) to pay at the counter for tax.

There were no tissue paper in the room . Checking staff were not professional in checking in or there is no proper data where staffs can check if the customer have any reservations with them ?
It was midnight when I check in , was given a double bed room instead of my booking for a King bed . Was tired & didnt request for a change of room . They didn`t have a proper check out system too when they suppose to return the deposit of RM 300.00 to me but they didn`t until I came back to Japan & realised it . Message them , no apology was made until I ask for it . It was written on a paper that they only receive credit but the staffs demand for cash because they dont have the maci\hine in that office ?? Very bad customer service or is it because the place is still NEW ?
Its unacceptable wether they are new or not .

廁所紙巾不足

We selected this accommodation purely as a pit stop on our travels. The washing machine was the deal breaker which we used - a lot in our 2 day stay. You need to get a taxi for and from the city from this location or at least a 40 minute walk into the city. The apartment stated fully stocked kitchen. No cutlery at all. The hairdryer had a two pin plug on with only 3 pin plugs in the apartment. It also was really dirty. I did report this on checking out but I do not think the staff were particularly interested in hearing this. Once a cleaning company go in the apartment is comfortable and spacious. The tv did not work at all but we were not in the room long enough for this to be a concern. It ticked the boxes it needed to tick for us for a quick pit stop before we return to KL later in our travels.

The hotel as it self is perfect. Nice rum, fresch gym, amazing view from the pool. But I hand some communication problem with the host unfortunately, but he gave me a sort of compensation.

Service rendered was not prompt. Location for foods was not good. Restaurant only serve breakfast, foods can order from them to deliver but since the service was not prompt, we didn't even try. WiFi network was bad. Room overall is ok

Niet schoon genoeg - onpersoonlijk - geen hotel sfeer - tekort aan materiaal zoals handdoek ophangen - minimale engelse taal beheersing - geen restaurant - bereikbaarheid te voet is slecht je moet een voertuig regelen - enige pluspunt is het zwembad met mooie view en de prijs

Great value for money and never a boring moment with all the facilities.

Homely and clean suite.

新築したての感じで清潔で部屋は広い。ホテルだと思ってたら大間違いで、まず到着時のチェックイン場所が全く分からない。長いフライトの後でチェックインに疲れる。分譲マンションでコンドミニアム的なんだけどシャンプーと石鹸以外何も無し。キッチンはあるがコップ、グラス、鍋やスプーンやフォークも無し。さらにスリッパ、ハンガー、歯ブラシもない。おまけにTVの映りも悪い。また近くにはスーパーやコンビニも無し。おまけにレストランも無し。少し歩けばイスラム系レストランがあるが勿論酒は無し。近くの大通りは横断し辛く工事もあって、駅からもかなり遠くて歩くには正直かなり不便な所。ただ綺麗で広い部屋というだけのとこ。

Quarto bom, mas não tem nenhum utensílio doméstico, nem copo pra tomar uma água. Não tem limpeza diária do apartamento, internet horrível, não funciona. Precisa de melhora apenas do serviço, prédio novo, piscina fenomenal.

位置也太不方便了，買樽水都要坐車或步行15分鐘...

The address they provided isn't accurate, you need Google it for the right one. It's a little bit far from tourist spots and no public transport nearby therefore you need call grab it taxi to access most of places. The room is just standard size. For the price I paid, I would recommend.
