良かった！
Pros:

フロントに日本語を話せる方がいて(常にいらっしゃるわけではないが)テレルジへの行き方など尋ねた際とても親身に対応していただき大変助かりました！
明るく感じ良い方で、楽しく滞在できました。
希望通りバスタブもあり、朝食を部屋で食べる事もできて快適でした。
スフバートル広場やコンビニも近くて便利な立地です。

Cons:

TVの操作がちょっと難しい(モンゴルのホテルはどこでも？)…
でもスタッフさんにきけば教えてくれます！

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del bus al aeropuerto. Además la habitación era amplia y muy cómoda. Excelente también la atención del personal, que nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar porque nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano.

Perfect Location and a Truly Memorable Stay
Pros:

If you want to stay right in the heart of Ulaanbaatar, Urgoo Hotel is an excellent choice. It’s incredibly close to the city’s main landmarks — just 100 meters from the National Museum of Mongolian History, 200 meters from the Chinggis Khan Statue, and about 400 meters from Sukhbaatar Square and the Parliament. The Chinggis Khaan Museum is only a short walk away as well, and I highly recommend visiting it.

Our bed was surprisingly low and firm — the mattress was barely 15-20 cm off the ground — but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, though the shower had several switches and digital controls that took me a moment to figure out.

Breakfast is served restaurant-style rather than as a buffet: you order from a menu and wait for your meal to be brought to your table. Everything we tried was delicious and refined.

Overall, a wonderful stay. Fully recommended.

P.S. One quirky detail: the Chinggis Khaan International Airport — named after, you guessed it, the country’s most famous historical figure — is extremely far from the city centre, roughly 52 km away!

Pros:

Central location. Amazing staff. Good room size.

Cons:

Bed was not very comfortable. Mattress was hard and only two pillows were offered. The height of the bed frame was pretty low, and my head could hit the switch on the wall when sleeping.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, está cerca de la plaza principal, de varios museos importantes, de un shopping, etc. La habitación era enorme. El restaurant de abajo tenía mucha variedad, comida Mongol como también occidental. La chica que estaba en la recepción durante el día fue muy amable con nosotros y hablaba muy bien inglés

Cons:

La ducha era muy mala, tenía poca presión y no calentaba bien. Dado que fui en invierno, el hecho de que el agua saliera fría fue un gran problema. Me pareció un hotel bastante caro para que no tuviera un buen baño. A veces la recepción queda vacía y teníamos que esperar hasta que alguien apareciera.

Preiswerte Übernachtung für eine Nacht
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Wir waren dringend auf einen Shuttle zwischen Flughafen und Hotel angewiesen. Die Vermittlung durch das Hotel hat hervorragend geklappt. Weil wir nur eine Nacht blieben, mussten wir am anderen Morgen früh zum Flughafen wieder los. Frühstück gab es um 5 Uhr natürlich noch nicht, aber jeweils ein Sandwich mit einer Flasche Wasser. Auch der Shuttle wurde zu unserer Zufriedenheit wieder bestellt und war pünktlich vor Ort. Der Preis von 110.000 MNT war korrekt.
Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, die Hand- und Badetücher waren frisch gewaschen.

Cons:

Das Urgoo Hotel liegt ca. 17 km vom neuen Flughafen entfernt im Stadtzentrum von Ulan Baator. Für die 17 km brauchten wir 3 Stunden. Für den täglichen Stau ist das Hotel nicht verantwortlich. Als wir ankamen, bekamen wir ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer: Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Was nicht schön war: Es war kalt. Außen minus 5 Grad! Im Raum stand ein elektrischer Radiator, den hätte man vor unserer Ankunft anmachen können. So dauerte es, bis der große Raum etwas wärmer wurde.
Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Und so sah unser Zimmer auch aus: abgewohnte Wohnzimmermöbel und ein fleckiger Teppichboden. Im Bad wurde das Wasser, das zunächst rostbraun aus der Leitung kam, nur lauwarm. Zum Duschen war mir das zu kalt.
