Top Adresse im herzen von Köln
Pros:

Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht im Savoy… ein wirklich sehr außergewöhnliches Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt für Aktivitäten aller Art.
Absolut top waren aus unserer Sicht die Mitarbeitenden, die wirklich wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder (auch um die Rooftop Bar im Sommer auszuprobieren…).

Gutes Hotel in top Lage mit holprigen Check-In

Die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Das offene Bad und die verglaste Whirlpool-Badewanne in der Juniorsuite mitten im Zimmer sind nicht für jeden Geschmack.
Der Check-In verlief holprig mit einem sehr redseligen und belehrenden Herrn. Ich bekam mehrfach zu hören, dass wenn ich doch schon Tesla fahre (der Wagen musste in die Tiefgarage) ich doch gefälligst auch apple pay haben müsste. Das sei doch Standard. Ich sollte es doch nutzen. Ich antwortete, dass ich nutze, was ich will und dass ich ja vielleicht einen Grund habe, dass ich es nicht nutzen möchte, wurde aber noch 3x belehrt, wie toll das ist. Wäre ich nicht so müde gewesen, wäre ich gegangen.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern.

Cons:

Kosmetikspiegel im Bad war nicht beleuchtet, bzw. Birne defekt. Freitagabend an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Verständlich, dass kein Techniker im Hause ist, wg. Wochenende. Montagmorgen nicht gleich nachgefragt. Montagabend war er noch immer nicht beleuchtet. Schwache Leistung für dieses Hotel und Preis! Ebenso tolles neues Bad. Ich brauche keine Discobeleuchtung in der Dusche. Besser wäre eine 2. Möglichkeit für das Badetuch angebracht. Bei 2 Personen etwas unglücklich. Das Frühstück für einen hohen Preis bietet nur 1 Jogurtsorte. Schwach. Die Krönung war, als das Auto aus der Garage vorgefahren war, musste ich feststellen dass der ganze Auto-Fahrersitz, Leder, verkratzt ist. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Es sollte eine Geburtstagsüberraschung für meinen Partner sein, da ich das Hotel aus früheren Aufenthalten nur als sehr gu bewerten kann. Das ist leider nicht mehr so.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade vom Hotel geschenkt bekommen (von Doppelzimmer auf JuniorSuite). Das Personal war sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Frühstück mit 29 Euro doch nicht günstig. Seifenreste auf der Badewanne.
