Nikola Apartments

The owner is amazing. Explained us the the area. Location is amazing. It’s 3 minutes to the beach. Grocery store 5 min. Bus to the town is 1 minute and coming back it stops literally in front of the apartment. We are making arrangements to come back next year. Reminder: since it’s and apartment please make sure you have your own shampoo, etc. Toilet paper and towels are provided. You need your own beach towels or you can get them at the local souvenir store. We love the place, rental car is on the corner.

Perfekt läge med stranden nedanför backen, busshållsplats precis utanför och restauranger i närheten. Jättefin lägenhet med all utrustning som behövs och värden var väldigt trevlig!

Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο με σύγχρονη κουζίνα και δύο τουαλέτες και μπάνια, φοβερή θέα και κοντά στην πόλη. Άνετο και καθαρό!

Nikola is a very kind & helpful owner. Hd went out of his way to help us in any way he could. A very convenient location for the bus to the Old Town of Dubrovnik & the port - it stops right outside the apartment. Sunset Beach, is a beautiful location & is a 5 minute walk down the hill. It is full of restaurants, shops (clothing etc) & there is kids play equipment in the water. The sunset is superb. Supermarket is just down the lane from the apartment which was basic but had all that we needed. The beds were acomfortable & the shower hot. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. We enjoyed it very much & will always have fond memories of our stay.

Vi hadde tre nydelige dager her. Vertskapet var vennlig og imøtekommende. Det var rent og veldig sentralt. Kommer gjerne tilbake et år.

Nikola was a great host!!

We had a wonderful stay my wife and I at Nikola Apartments. The apartment was really big and well equipt. A big living room and bedroom. Two bathrooms with showers was really great. It was just 5 min walk to the beach and the bus stop was just outside the apartment and there was a direct bus (no 4) to Old town which took only 10 min. Close to the apartment there also was lot of restaurants and shops. Nikola our host was really kind and gave us some really good information about Dubrovnik. We stayed 4 nights and would really like to come back sometimes in the future. We would very much recommend this apartment to everyone.

Perfect location! Bus stops just at the apartment, take nr 4 to dubrovnik old city. Tommy´s supermarket is just around the corner, the beach is in 300m walking (beautiful promenade). Very nice apartment, kitching with all options, enough space (family with 2 children), sunny terace with view on the Pomena beach and sea, very kind and helpfully host. We would recommend Nikola´s apartment to all! Verry happy to stayed here! All credits to Nikola!

Nikola, the at the apartments was great and very accessible for any questions we had. Pictures of the unit were accurate and the unit was ready on time. We were even allowed to check in early. It is on the bus line which was very convenient to get to Old Town. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I booked this place to stay for 3 nights with 2 of my friends while we explored Dubrovnik. Nice apartment. No issues. Friendly and helpful host.

Nikola is very nice host, bus stop right in front of the house, apartment is spacious and clean, furniture a bit outdated could use some upgrade.

Beautiful location with water views. Two blocks to beach. Close to shops/banks/restaurants. Large, comfortable apartment. Easy check in/check out. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

No complaints, Nikola was very welcoming and accommodation. Communication was flawless inspite of our flight disruptions. Highly recommend.

Nikola is a wonderful host and the apartment is huge for two people. All the appliances were working. They have an insuite laundry and basic cooking appliances and utensils. No 4 bus is frequent and can get you to old town in 20 minutes. Nikola's airport transfer is cheaper than Uber and reliable. I would definitely stay here during my next visit.

check in時間より数時間早く到着したのですが、オーナーは快く入室させてくれました。旧市街からバスで１５分、ビーチとプロムナードが直ぐで、スーパーにも５分くらい。飲食店もその辺りにあり、立地が良いのに格安です。　
ただ、４泊だったのでタオルやシーツ等を交換してもらえなかったのは辛かった。帰りの送迎車の予約をしてもらったはずなのに来なかったので、近くのホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらいました。電話をしても通じなかったので、what`s up のアプリを入れてオーナーとやり取りが出来るようにしておけば良かったなと思います。wifiは非常に弱くあまり繋がらなかったです。

Nikola is wonderful and so helpful. He was very accommodating in letting us remain parked for the day we checked out. His communication was great. He gave great recommendations and information.

Todos quedamos muy complacidos con la estancia. El departamento está súper bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la playa y enfrente se puede tomar el bus al Old Town, excelente ubicación, definitivamente volveré al lugar de Nikola. No lo duden y renten el departamento, no se arrepentirán

Wonderful stay. Easy to the bus stop that takes you to Old Town. Easy walk to the beach. Apartment was very nice and spacious.
