الموقع جيد لكن الفندق غير نظيف والاثاث قديم جدا وحجزت سويت للعائلة واعطوني غرفتين بدل السويت على غير الاتفاق بحجز البوكن

Pros:

The staff was very unpleasant and not very helpful. The facilities in the room was covered in fire. Ants half of the stuff in the room was broken. There was no daily cleaning the room didn’t get cleaned in the five days we was there no fresh sheets we did have several times for the room to be cleaned. They didn’t really acknowledge and didn’t want to know very unhelpful. There was no clean towels unless we asked nothing to like about this hotel at all, sorry and the Internet did not work will not be staying here again due to the creatures was living in the bathroom.

Пастели не чистые пакрывалы все дырявые в душевую даже пойти страшно унитаз грязный
Все в плесени душевая
Сняли поехали даже не остались ушли сразу потому что очень грязные номера
Деньги они даже не вернули
Не советую этот отель

Upratovanie izby je na bode mrazu

V prvom rade by som chcela povedat,ze nasa izba je na pohlad pekna, ale to,ze nebola upratana je na zamyslenie.izby su priestranne,postacujuce ale ,xo z toho,ked v kupelke slapaje po tom ,ze tam niekto predtym chodil. Zle umyte kupelku, v suflikoch sme nasli supky z pomarancov ( uz suche!!!), v chladnicke chybali dvierka na mraziak 😄 cize vsade namraza, policka dolamana. Ako velke negativum beriem ,ze v jednej izbe chyba jeden zaves, cize balkonove dvere sa daju zatienit len do polovice, co v izbe,smerom na zapad,kde cele poobedie pecie slnko a dokonca je bez klimy extremne chyba. Medzi balkonom a ukoncenim strechy,pod nami mnozstvo odpadkov od papierov,po plastove flase...
Dalej ma zarazilo,ze sme prisli 4 osoby a dostaki sme len 3 osušky a napriklad ani jeden uterak na ruky, to som si povedala,ze wau. Toaletny jeden jediny,co uz bol v prevadzke, na doplnenie ziadny...
Za mna by hotelu uplne stacilo upratovaniu dali ovela vacsi doraz,doplnili uteraky ako treba a vobec by och to nezruinovalo. Citala som predtym zle recenzie prave ,co sa tyka cistoty. Uprimne som cakala,ze sa ponaucia z kritiky a vezmu si ju k srdcu,ale zial nie. Stale je to o tom istom. Hotel sa nachadza na konci obchodnej ulice,cize sme sa chodili pravidelne prejst a obchodnici boli velmi zlati komunikativni a ked sa nas opytali v ktorom hoteli sme a povedali,ze sa zatvarili zarazene,ze co tam robime 🤣ocividne ma tento hotel nejake " meno" v meste.
Co uz. Su to veci,co sa daju zmenit velmi lahko, ked sa polepsite,nemame problem sa vratit opat. Len musite chciet

Poloha je super, ale plaz ktora prisluha k hotelu je verejna a totalne mizerna, spinava, plno odpadkov. Katastrofa... to znamena,ze len hned do mora a odist ,ked z mora vyjdete . Ale za to uz hotel nemoze

Bonjour je me permet de vous laisser ce commentaire car l'insalubrité de l hotel laisse grandement à désiré la chambre etais très sale il y avais des tache sur les lit les commode de lit etais dégueulasse aucune hygiène il y avais des excréments de rongeurs dans la chambre aucune connexion Wi-Fi la connexion n'a jamais marché le frigo etais très sale de la moisissure etais bien visible le matin mes enfants et moi nous nous sommes réveillé avec des piqûre de tique de lit sur tous le corps sincèrement je regrette d avoir réservé cette hotel miteux la piscine très sale aucune hygiène et la chaleur dans l hotel irrespirable c'est vraiment malheureux de voir autant de laisser aller ce n'est pas acceptable de proposer cette établissement à des familles et je passe les équipements qui ne fonctionne pas la télé inexistante des câbles électriques de la tele à nue se qui est très dangereux pour la sécurité des enfants rien allez ont n'a même pas pu ce laver cause de saleté et de manque d'hygiène impossible de poser ces pied nu dans la chambre tellement la saleté étais présente à tous les endroits je ne conseille aucunement cette établissement.
