Cons:

The hot tub was out of order. We specifically book hotels with a hot tub and when it's not working it is pretty disappointing.

Clean, safe and well kept. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was great!

Cons:

The pillows could be more firm. The ones you have cause me neck pain and are not comfortable. I brought my own pillow!

A great place to stay that is comfortable, quiet, and run by competent staff.
Pros:

The facility is easy to locate and the property, both inside and outside, is well maintained. The check in was easily accomplished by a friendly and efficient desk clerk.

Toilet height is too short. I am 5’10” and it was too low to ground. Not an accessible room so not sure why they were installed?
