Uncomfortable stay in a building that is declining rapidly
Pros:

It was fine. Nothing special about it. No waffle maker. But it was breakfast for our family.

Cons:

This is a run-down facility. Stinky, humid room. Sloppy beds. Three light bulbs in pool area out or blinking. Dirty floor in lobby with no urgency to clean it. Carpet squares unglued in main hallway.

Really like the kindness of Donovan (spelling?) at the front desk! We arrived at 9pm, coming in from a road trip, and we really appreciated the greeting and help from Donovan. Thank you!

Better communication about the functionalities of the amenities.
Pros:

I chose this property, even though it was more expensive because it had a hot tub. We were in Wichita for a funeral and state at this hotel. I was very upset to find out that the hot tub was out of order. This should be stated on the website, the breakfast was not ready at 7 o’clock when I went down for breakfast on Saturday morning on Saturday evening when we came back to the hotel there was another group of people in the breakfast area having a party, which is fine but their children we’re running around the hotel messing on the gym equipment, running up and down the hallways I will most likely not ever stay at this hotel again it is not worth the money that we paid for this hotel. I was very disappointed.
