Very good
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the bedroom was comfy and the bathroom was lovely. Netflix was a plus.

Cons:

The room was uncomfortably hot in June. Heating was off, windows were open, but the sun blasted into the room. The room and hotel in general were kind of dated but the staff were lovely and there were plenty of amenities.

This seemed to be the best option in Oruro, but I’d look elsewhere next time.

Really can't recommend this place; compromised personal info in a hotel that has seen better days.
Pros:

The place is weirdly funky, and facilities seemed good had we had the chance to use them.

Cons:

All three guests social media was infested by multiple accounts the day we checked - using the hotel name and phishing. Cleary the personal info required at info was comprised. We also chose to stay there for the express purpose of catching up on work - yet the wifi didn't work. No one could log on, and the staff did little to nothing to help. There was no discernible way to control the in floor heating (we'd sprung for a 2-bdrm suite). We all awoke feeling pretty rough in a place that had maybe once been nice, but has seen better days.

Not worth it..
Pros:

Good location.
Nice view in the breakfast area.

Cons:

This is a 3 star hotel at best. Outdated room and furniture. Towels were worn out and had some stains in them.
Hairs on the bed linnen.

Mediocre 3 star hotel.
Pros:

The location is good right on the main Plaza. The breakfast was nice and restaurant staff were friendly and eager to please.
The hotel has a weird design with 2 lifts each accessing different floors.
There isn’t enough air flow with just 2 small windows and no fan or air con. It was stuffy and stifling to try and sleep.
Parking was secure.
The hotel is tired ( definitely not 5 star as promoted) A 3 star at best.

Cons:

The staff don’t speak any English at all making it impossible to order room service or extra towels etc. The rooms and facilities are faded.
Shower didn’t work properly and the tub was constantly blocked. The room service only left 1 bath towel without hand towels or face clothes.
There is no complimentary water supplied.
When we went to depart 7am in morning there was no one on reception and we were locked in!
The price we felt was excessive for the quality delivered. After we left the hotel staff sent a very rude message through the booking platform messaging accusing me of not paying the correct amount for 2 hot chocolates! It was again a misunderstanding due to staffs lack of english …..Totally unprofessional !

Pleasant
Pros:

location. right in the main plaza. ample and warm room. parking.

Cons:

to call this a 5 star hotel is a stretch. the hotel is old and outdated. the common areas are in need of an upgrade.

Very good
Pros:

Absolutely zany design, both inside and out! Massive phallus meets colonial Bolivia. Worth staying here for this alone!
Quirky but entirely comfortable and clean rooms. Good service, delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Carpark entry/exit was a lottery. Restaurant was closed (apart from breakfast), leaving us to fend for ourselves in this gastronomically challenged city.
