Pros:

Beautiful!! Another unexpected hidden gem. The view and grounds were wonderful. Enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night.

Parfait !
Pros:

Gentillesse du personnel, propreté, calme, la vue sur le lac, la piscine, bref, tout est au top ici ! Nous avions booké une nuit, vu le lieu on a rajouté une autre nuit, puis une troisième., ayant des impératifs, nous nous arrêtés là !

La tranquilidad del lugar, la comida y el servicio al cliente fue maravilloso! Recomendamos el lugar y en algún futuro volveremos. Cuenta con estacionamiento y la piscina muy limpia.

Really great pool, comfortable room and lovely view of the lake!
Pros:

Pool was really great and refreshing. The whole town is sweltering, but because of the lovely plants and pool El Tejado is comfortable even without getting in the pool. Such a respite! Views of the lake were lovely at the restaurant.
Beds are decent and cleanliness is decent…but better at other hotels we stayed at during our time in El Salvador. Still, the rooms are charming, spacious and comfortable. Oh! And hot water was great! Most other hotels had inconsistent hot water.
Food was decent. Breakfast was very good.
So close to the center of town—very convenient.

Cons:

Bed could have been more comfortable.
Cleanliness of room—ants in room.

Hôtel très agréable correspondant à ce que l'on cherchait à Suchitoto : chambre confortable avec terrasse ; superbe vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse ; grande piscine très propre et ouverte jusqu'à 23h ; petit déjeuner inclus de bonne qualité ; restaurant au menu limité mais suffisant si l'on veut se restaurer à l'hôtel ; personnel souriant et accueillant

Cons:

Détail : petit déjeuner à partir de 8h seulement ; j'aurais préféré 7h, mais je suis bien conscient que le personnel doit aussi se reposer

Lovely!
Pros:

The location had a great view to the lake and was near everything(restaurants, downtown, ect.)The staff was kind and attentive. In addition I have to mention ,I forgot some money and my charger at checkout and they messaged me to return it, all the money was intact and my charger was neatly rolled, showing this is a very trust worthy establishment.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Fantastic stay we booked a room with a balcony looking over volcano it was amazing watching sunrise every morning
The restaurant was fabulous with amazing music from our era 70’s 80’s
Pool was a bonus
Breakfast was good only thing was it didn’t start until 8
Staff were great so were the margaritas and food
Would definitely recommend this hotel and the rooms with the balcony
Just so you know it is hard work walking to town if you have mobility problems as streets are cobbled
You can get small taxi car if needed

Cons:

Suggest kettle in the room
AC was a little noisy but with earplugs was ok
Breakfast didn’t start until 8 so if you had early pick up made it bit of a rush
