Pros:

Sitio muy agradable y muy bien gestionado.Habitaciones grandes, jardines y piscina bonitas con vistas espectaculares.Zona de restaurante exterior muy agradable.

Lovely!
Pros:

The location had a great view to the lake and was near everything(restaurants, downtown, ect.)The staff was kind and attentive. In addition I have to mention ,I forgot some money and my charger at checkout and they messaged me to return it, all the money was intact and my charger was neatly rolled, showing this is a very trust worthy establishment.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Fantastic stay we booked a room with a balcony looking over volcano it was amazing watching sunrise every morning
The restaurant was fabulous with amazing music from our era 70’s 80’s
Pool was a bonus
Breakfast was good only thing was it didn’t start until 8
Staff were great so were the margaritas and food
Would definitely recommend this hotel and the rooms with the balcony
Just so you know it is hard work walking to town if you have mobility problems as streets are cobbled
You can get small taxi car if needed

Cons:

Suggest kettle in the room
AC was a little noisy but with earplugs was ok
Breakfast didn’t start until 8 so if you had early pick up made it bit of a rush

Pros:

On a adoré l'hôtel, vue magnifique sur le lac. Très bon petit déjeuner. Superbe chambre. Perroquets bavards rigolos. Chouette piscine. Accueil très sympa.
