The location
The room was not prepared even after receiving a booking confirmation. Had to stand at the lobby for almost 30min to wait for the lobby staff to receive email confirmation on my booking although I booked in advance.
I booked a 3-bedroom unit, but was given only a 2-bedroom one.

good location in makati, pretty near from our xmas reunion
we booked and got charged for a 3bedroom + 2bedroom but when we got there we were given 2x 2bedroom units. worse is the hotel is not helpful in resolving the issue or even in giving us document of our stay.
On xmas eve, we were told 3bedroom we booked is not available and just to contact booking.com. hotel said they informed booking.com. however, we were not informed. 3bedroom is like 2x the charge of the 2bedroom. we were still charged full amount before the rez date.
On christmas day, we asked for a document of our stay specifying we got 2x 2bedroom suites. hotel reception made us wait for nothing. she kept telling us to sit down and wait but never updated us about our request, we had to go back to her to explain many times, follow up so many times.
we just took a video of the rooms, our only evidence of what we were given.
receptionist made us think she can give us our invoice , asked us to wait , without updating us, but in the end she refused to give us receipt that they gave us 2x 2bedroom units saying her sup is away and then that their printer is broken. wow. she could've said so in the first place. What's her deal?
finally today hotel sent us invoice wherein they charged us much more for room 1601 (2bedroom) than for room 1603 (also 2bedroom). how could they charge differently for same type of suites. are they pretending that 1601 is a 3bedroom on paper? how ridiculous that they also didnt indicate what kind of rooms they were.
moreover the bathroom shower drain in 1601 is broken. the 1601 bathtub has no stopper thus it doesn't work. no slippers provided. bring your own toiletries, it's barely there. one mattress got bed bugs. 1601 have a two seater sofa that looks dirty and don't even have a sofa cover.
we will never go back to sunette tower. never ever again.
