Tüm çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Çok memnun kaldık ama otelin restaurant ve barı beklentilerimizi karşılamadı ancak akşam şovları güzeldi

Terribly lazy entertainment team. During 8 days stay I could not play valleyball a single time. Switched to table tennis then but rackets are of such a quality that it is hard to imagine them to be worse. On Saturday there was only one out of usual 4 entertaners and most of the time he was hiding behind the "Staff only" door. He said that usually scheduled table tennis is not going to happen because he is alone today. Same applies to valleyball. I wanted to discuss this issue with general manager but the reception ladies said that he/she is not here today and they do not know when he/she will show up.
If you look for active vacation on the sea shore, this place is not recommended.

It was one of the best our stay. Thanks to every body there.

Kann jeden empfehlen der kleinere Kindern hat für ältere Kids ist es abends langweilig. .Aber sehr sauber und freundlich zum Erholung optimal.

Die Außenanlagen waren sauber und gepflegt. Aber die Unterkunft war leider nicht sauber. Die Ausstattung nicht besonders gut, beim Herd funktionierte nur eine Platte. Auf unsere Beschwerde sagte man uns, das sei normal, heißer würden sie nicht werden. Nur bekam man nicht einmal Wasser zum kochen. Das Geschirr und die Gläser waren komplett verkalkt, kamen auch so (mit Spülmittelresten) aus der Spülmaschine. Wir haben dann von Hand gespült. Weile die Gläser vor Kalk schon weiß waren, baten wir um einen neuen Satz Gläser. Das wurde uns auch zugesagt, bekommen haben wir sie nicht. Uns war es unangenehm, erneut zu fragen, weil es nicht unsere Art ist, uns ständig zu beschweren. Auch den zweiten Schlüssel, den man uns geben wollte, haben wir nicht erhalten. Insgesamt war das Personal recht pampig und unfreundlich. Sehr untypisch für dieses Land.

Bol çocuklu olarak gittik. Villada 6 gün kaldık. Çocuklar çok eğlendi. Havuzlar genelde boştu. Deniz sabah ve öğlen 16 ya kadar güzel sonra dalgali ve yosunlu .yemekleri evde yaptık.otele yakın market var ancak pahalı.yolu biraz uzun ve dar.aileler için güzel akşamları animasyonlar var .odalar hiç temizlenmedi.biraz rüzgarlı.asiri sivrisinek var .ama bahçe ve tüm alanlar tertemiz.

Отдых понравился, обстановка располагает к релаксу. Территория супер, море чудесное!

We had a 3 bed premium villa about 5 mins walk from reception. Although acceptable the accommodation was not what I would term premium. Lack of kitchen space and storage. Pools were good and although annoying the reservation of sun loungers by guests did not stop us finding loungers after a search round the various pools. Local shops were good. Car required if you want to go off site.

Oda geç teslim edildi ama telafi edildi. Her zaman böyle mi bilmiyorum ama, deniz çok rüzgarlı ve dalgalıydı. Restoran fiyatları aşırı pahalıydı. Kablosuz internet iyi çekmiyordu. Konakladığımız villanın plan ve kullanımını çok beğendik. Bahçe ve havuzlar güzeldi. Ahmet bey sorunlarımızla yakından ilgilendi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Recepciyonda ki bayanlar kaba idi hotel s.com müşteri si olunca pek tinlamiyorlar diğer müşteri ye 3 kişi birden bakıyor dular.

giriş sırasında iletişim ve koordinasyon süreci başarıyla yürütüldü. konaklamamız boyunca çalışanların güleryüzünü görmek memnuniyet verdi.

I couldn't ask for a better vacation. It's a piece of heaven of earth. The staff are genuinely helpful and security guards patrol the area throughout the day. The rooms were tidy and fresh towels were provided. Kitchenware was better than I expected and we were able to cook a variety of gourmet meals. You have internet access all across the resort, indoors and outdoors.

I definitely recommend it whether you are a young couple or a family with toddlers. However, keep in mind that the market in the area is shockingly overpriced. Make sure you take the allocated minibuses to Akbuk for your groceries.
