La ubicación y en general es una habitación muy bonita y también las instalaciones.
Que olía feo el baño. Pero se resolvía el problema cerrando la puerta.

It was overpriced for my needs. It is good for RVs, but otherwise uncomfortable and cold. No amenities at all.

Good location, nice environment
Very dirty and dusty. You can't lock the door.
Everything was good, we didn't need to drive all the way to downtown (there are enough public transportation) and the dock to get to Janitzio. Supermarket and convenience stores are nearby.
Very nice staff (we were given complimentary breakfast for all 3 nights even though it wasn't included). The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is also great, right between the lake and the town centre. Just 100 meters away from the hotel, there are abundant combi's that take you in both directions for just 10 pesos (I never waited for more than a minute for a combi). The garden is very beautiful as well.
It was very expensive (15.000 for 3 nights) as we stayed the weekend of the day of the dead. I understand that prices go up at this time of the year but what we paid was too much.
There was a lot of noise at night (until very late) from a nearby party or nightclub.
