It gave us a place to stay while in Texas but would not stay again unless there were no other hotels available
Pros:

I liked how hot the water got in the shower and how cold the rooms got from the AC

Cons:

I didn’t like that the property didn’t have items it was supposed to have in the rooms. I didn’t like that there were no extra pillows available, hair dryers, or anything to be able to utilize the kitchenette in the room. The towels were all very tiny as well

So inexpensive I would stay again
Pros:

The price was great, all in less than $50 per night. The location was good... But Bryan/CS is so small it is hard to be too far from anything. The mattresses were comfortable, AC worked well and for $50 bucks a night, cleanliness was acceptable.

Cons:

The property is older and needs updating. The furnishings seem to fall far below the Motel/Studio 6 standards I am used to. The kitchen cabinets were made out of pressed wood/formica which was badly delaminated and falling apart. The microwave was badly rusted inside and needed to be replaced.

Our stay was comfortable but couldn't help being a little ill-at-ease.
Pros:

The price was right. The staff was friendly. The location was near where we were needed to go. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The area was sketchy and the property was a bit dark. The towels were thin and the bath soap was not great. No shampoo provided.

Don’t recognize!!!!
Pros:

I seen residents smoking crack and had pipes layed out . The staff didn’t care and where rude

Cons:

There’s roaches , microwave was burnt and destroyed inside . The short lady worker with nasty teeth Maria or sum has really bad attitude issues . Sheets had dried blood on them and he blamed it on us and wouldn’t give us our deposit money back
