Pros:

There was excellent dining options. The rooms were beautiful. Staff was friendly and good at their job.

Pros:

Paid a premium compared to adjacent hotels in walking street area.
Bedroom air conditioner did not work... :-\
Toilet wash hose / sprayer should have been replaced years ago.
Assume not all rooms were neglected like this but 8.2 was...
Receptionists were nice. Restaurant on ground floor was good.

Pros:

We booked online. When we got there waited for 45 mins. Turn out that they accidentally double booked our room. They end up putting us in a one bedroom and still charged us the same price. When we went in our room it smell so bad. When we brought it up they said our neighbors next door don’t have that problem. I asked why didn’t they just go to our room to smell instead of asking the room next door. Asked for a price adjustment because I looked up the room they gave us and it’s only $96 for the same night instead of $167 which is what we paid. They told us that they were doing us a favor by letting us stayed.

Pros:

The black is on an excellent location stay close to the main markets and tourist attractions.
There is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants just in the doorstep of the building and a bar and nightclub on the 21st floor next to the swimming pool.
