Pros:

the location is awesome, but parking really not easy.

need to drive around, to look for side parking, and please remember to pay Parking in JB. officer is very effective.

Pros:

1. No elevator. My friend has walking difficulties to walk up to level 2 lobby & room.
2. Toilet vanity is poor. There are lots of bad stains and no space to place toothbrush & toothpaste.
3. Toilet ceiling flakes falling as I use the toilet.
4. The aircon vent is faulty. Room service staff placed a rolled paper to support the lid.
5. TV connection cable is loose. Got to shake to reconnect.

It was alright for a 1 night stay. Would have been better if the toilet was cleaner.
Pros:

convenience and location. Good for 1-2 night stay.

Cons:

Molds in the toilet and sink. A little bit of stain on sheets.

Location near eateries , cafes and massage parlours

Cons:

There was a sudden power trip (no electricity) at the hotel and entire block at 11pm plus. It took 30-4ins for the power to restore. Hotel front desk staff mentioned it happened a few times recently.
