Its okay other than change of room

I booked a queen bed with a window, but when I go there, the room is overbooked. So they gave me another room.

My one night stay in this hotel was not satisfactory.
Pros:

The receptionist Miss Nurul's service is satisfactory

Cons:

The bed sheet and blanket and pillow cases did not look clean. The blanket was thin and not comfortable. The towels were thin unlike many hotels supplying thick towels.
