נחמד מאוד לכמה לילות
Pros:

המלון נמצא במיקום יחסית מבודד, במחיר מעולה, נחמד לשהייה של 2-3 לילות לכל היותר, המיטות נוחות.
החדרים גדולים מאוד.
בעלת המקום נחמד מאוד ועוזרת איפה שאפשר.

Cons:

המקלחת לא נוחה, החדרים בוילה מאוד קטנים ולא נעימים, הבריכה גם כן לא שימושית כל כך.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service,

My name is Tamir Reuvenoffe, and I would like to request a full refund for booking number 4531990486, regarding Aether Pai Villa in Pai, Thailand.

Upon arrival, we found that the property did not match the photos or description on your site and was unsuitable for our stay:
1. The back of the unit was completely open, allowing animals and even people to enter freely – posing a clear safety and privacy risk.
2. The private pool was filled with flies and mosquitoes, making it unusable.
3. Our daughter, who has a mosquito allergy, began showing signs of an allergic reaction immediately upon entering the unit.
4. We spoke with the owner on site, who understood the situation and advised us to contact you for the refund.

Given that we did not stay at the property and had to urgently find alternative accommodation, I kindly request a full refund.

Gorgeous views in excellent accommodation
Pros:

We loved the view from the roof and the farm setting. The owners were amazing and took care of us answering any questions we had. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and toiletries. Air con was left on too, as otherwise it gets very hot in the rooms due to all the glass. Location is a bit far by foot but perfect once you get a bike. Very peaceful and serene rice field setting and got some amazing photos and memories from our stay here. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Our room was opposite the parking which meant you could hear bikes and cars starting up and returning but nothing major. Also there were cockerel’s which made some noise around 5am but we knew this before coming and had made peace with it for the setting. One night we had a lizard in the bathroom (they are completely harmless), we didn’t mind and we named him Nico, but just a heads up for people in the future that this could happen. You can hear the Tipsy Tubing music but as stated in other reviews this stops around 6:30/7.

Perfect for Pai
Pros:

The 3 bedroom villa is perfect for a small group. The facility could use some kitchen equipment to complete the package. Perfect location for sunrise and Sunset.

Cons:

On our last night, there was a local party blasting music from across the field. A little disturbing in a quiet area but it ended early enough for everyone to get some rest
