Pros:

Atendimento horrível, a recepcionista não sabia nem onde estava, o quarto reservado, não estava reservado, ficamos 30 minutos esperando achar um quarto na bagunça da agenda dela sem contar o mau cheiro do quarto que estava insuportável, todavia o café da manhã estava bom.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Tereza, melhor tratamento que já recebi em recepção de hotel. O café da manhã é bom. O quarto é ok. A localização é boa, pois fica próximo à rodoviária. Minha crítica foi permitir um grupo de hóspedes de porta aberta conversando alto e que ficavam transitando e conversando pelo corredor do hotel.

Poderiam treinar melhor oa funcionários
Pros:

Tanto o recepcionista como o gerente demonstravam total falta de conhecimento das reservas feitas através do site, e insistia para que eu apresentasse o cartão de crédito novamente .
