Pros:

Ontvangt door de receptie en de bediening (de,elfde persoon) was erg plezierig en vriendelijk.

Cons:

De receptie in de ochtend was te druk met 'van alles'
Uiteindelijk de keycard maar op de desk achtergelaten en weggelopen

Ook de €2,50 voor het water op de kamer vond ik niet erg klantvriendelijk daar dit meestal een gratis flesje is.

Pros:

Die Lage war okay, direkt an der Strasse. Das Zimmer war trotzdem ziemlich ruhig. Das Bett war schnal, aber dafür mit tollen Kopfkissen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, insbesondere war die Auswahl der Tees hervorragend. Der Früstücksbereich ist gut gestaltet und ansprechend eingerichtet. Größere Gruppen können auch zusammen sitzen.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer ist schon sehr klein, hätte aber durch eine bessere Farbgestaltung in der Einrichtung die Enge überspielen können. Die Dusche war zwar nicht barrierefrei, aber wenigstens so eingebaut, dass auch Menschen mit über 180 cm Körperlange beqquem duschen können.
