Great hotel for a stay in Fukuoka with easy access from Hakata, washing machine a bonus!
Pros:

Room was fine, the washing machine option in the room was invaluable & worth booking for that reason alone

Cons:

Most of the staff were great, however one or two were trying hard but lacking in knowledge

Pros:

Very good service, a comfortable room, good location and a very good restaurant. We had dinner there and really enjoyed the food.

Cons:

The hotel is located very close to the railway station, and our first room was extremely noisy due to passing trains, so we requested a room change and were given another room that was much quieter, although some train noise was still noticeable, which could be an issue for guests who are sensitive to noise.

Pros:

Cons:
