Poor experience
Pros:

Seemed promising but the hotel staff was unhelpful and made things harder than needed

Cons:

We had four pax, so I booked 2 double rooms. I accidentally booked one pax per room and emailed the hotel to update the occupancy. On their side, not only 1) did they say they cannot update (after saying I had to pay a fee to update), 2) they wanted to charge me significantly more for the modified booking. I was surprised. If it's a tourist tax per pax, I'd understand. But I had booked 2 double rooms with a capacity of 4, it felt so contrived and felt like a nasty cash grab opportunity. No one could explain the additional cost, nor help me make edits.

Poor experience, and would not recommend to other travelers.
