Wonderful place to stay near Terminal 21
Pros:

Really enjoy staying here. Brilliant location near the BTS, MRT and Terminal 21. Light and airy and clean. I like the fact that shoes are left in the lobby before entering the wood floor area.

Quite Recommend, Will Come Back Again
Pros:

Was definitely pleased with the stay. The room is quite comfy and definitely great that there is a mini fridge. They also provide free water and instant coffee sticks daily. I would say do be patient with the staffs since English is not their first language, but overall they can understand what you're saying and very welcoming.
Location very close to Terminal 21, BTS & MRT, plus point on two nearby 7-11s and few food stalls.
I went there to attend a concert, and I don't feel unsafe when walking back to K Home around 11pm cause there are restaurants and spas still operating.

Cons:

If there is one maybe the room isn't quite soundproof. Luckily the place isn't close to any bar/clubs so you still can sleep peacefully. It depend more on who your neighbour is, especially when its midnight.

床非常舒服 有跟客服反應不滿意的地方 入住第一天時客服說隔天再談 就再也沒回我訊息，隔天退房後我再次傳訊息，客服反而指責我為什麼沒有和櫃檯反應，並沒有對房間髒污道歉。我沒有和櫃檯反應的原因是我兩天回家都很晚櫃檯已經下班，退房時櫃檯並沒有提起

廁所水壓有點小 剛入住時地板有髒污 毛巾也有髒污
鞋櫃有其他房客的鞋子臭味 隔音有點差 半夜樓下收垃圾聽的非常清楚

L’emplacement est bien.

Cons:

La chambre est assez petite, il y a une odeur de renfermé qui est certainement causé par le fait qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre.

Perfect stay in Bangkok.
Pros:

It’s clean and comfortable. The staffs were very helpful and nice. The location is just very near to Terminal 21 and they have two 7-11 shops nearby. Very convenient.
