Muito bom, mas faltou atenção nos detalhes funcionais.
Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã, muito variado e delicioso. Recepcionista super atenciosa e simpática. O quarto estava bem limpo, decoração muito bonita e agradável. Oferece bastante pelo preço e localização no centro de Rio Preto.

Cons:

O quarto estava com a luz principal do banheiro queimada, alguns interruptores do banheiro estavam um pouco soltos e não estavam funcionando.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

O Hotel com um excelente atendimento. O recepcionista me permitiu entrar bem antes do horário do check in. O café da manhã muito bem servido com pães, frutas, cereais, iogurte, bolos. O quarto bem confortável e nao tinha tanto barulho. O atendente José do restaurante super atencioso. Recomendo.

Cons:

Limpeza dos quartos, com odor forte. Sabonete apenas 1 e de baixa qualidade. Toalhas cheirando mofo de umidade.
