No amigable con mascotas.
Cons:

Sacamos la reservación con concepto de amigable con mascotas. Sin embargo al llegar nos indicaron que no puedes dejar a tu mascota en las instalaciones, por lo que no es completamente amigable con mascotas. Tuvimos que buscar otra reservación en otro lugar, lo cual fue muy complicado dado lo inesperado de esto.

Cons:

El personal tiene pésimo servicio y trato con el cliente, no hay estacionamiento para todos los autos dentro del hotel si no llegas a tiempo tienes que dejar tu carro fuera del hotel, no hay servicio de pancha para ropa, dan 1 solo jabón mini para 4 personas y 1 rollo de papel de muy baja calidad, las camas son duras y demasiado sacudos en los cuartos.

Cómodo, limpio en compañía de tu mascota
Pros:

Muy rico el desayuno del restaurante, así mismo las personas atienden muy bien. Dejan entrar a las mascotas y olvidamos unos audífonos y nos llamaron para informarnos que los guardaron. Agradecemos la estancia en el lugar, Nuestro próximo viaje nos hospedaremos ahi.

Uitstekende keuze, wij komen nog terug!
Pros:

Zéér vriendelijk personeel, de kamer was steeds zeer proper, met steeds propere lakens en propere handdoeken. 24/7 was er iemand aan de receptie. Parking voor de auto binnen; ook al was er ons gezegd dat er soms geen plaats zou zijn voor onze auto, er was toch steeds wel plaats. We hadden een kamer met koelkast gevraagd o.w.v. medicatie die koel moest gehouden worden. Prijs-kwaliteit prima!
Wij verbleven 10 nachten in het hotel met 2 kinderen.

Cons:

Er viel ons niet veel tegen. We kunnen alleen iets zeggen over de koelkast die wel erg oud was en niet zo goed sloot. Sommige lakens zijn ook aan vervanging toe (niet vuil, wel wat oud).
We hadden ook de pech om enkele dagen zonder wifi te zitten omdat er bij onderhoudswerken in de buurt een probleem was opgedoken met het internet en het lang duurde om dat te herstellen. Maar daar kon het hotel niet aan doen; de rest van de buurt zat ook zonder internet.

Lugar muy limpio y agradable
Pros:

El lugar esta super centrico para quien va de paso por la ciudad, nosotros viajamos en auto y nos quedaba justo en la salida de la ciudad para tomar carretera de regreso a casa. Viajamos con nuestro perros que aunque son pequeños, fueron bienvenidos en el lugar, lo que si nos dijeron que aunque son aceptados debes avisar que llegaras con mascotas para que ellos lo tomen en cuenta, lo que resalto es la limpieza de la habitación que siempre se agradece.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado me pareció muy ruidoso lo que no ayuda al descanso, llegamos poco antes del check in y la persona que me atendio en ese momento me parecio poco empatica y poco amable, eran las 2pm y el check in era a las 3 pm
