Um hotel que faz você se sentir especial
Pros:

O atendimento do Sr. Goni foi simplesmente excepcional. Ele é extremamente atencioso, cuidadoso e se preocupa com cada detalhe para garantir que cada hóspede tenha a melhor experiência possível.

O café da manhã, preparado pela esposa do Sr. Goni, foi um verdadeiro destaque. Nunca havíamos experimentado algo assim em nossas viagens, praticamente um brunch, com apresentação impecável e sabores incríveis. Frutas frescas, queijos variados, vegetais, e alguns pratos que mudavam todos os dias, tornando cada manhã uma surpresa deliciosa.

No dia da nossa partida, pedimos ao Sr. Goni para reservar um táxi, e ele cuidou de tudo com extrema gentileza. Nos ajudou com as malas às 4h40 da manhã e preparou um café delicioso para levar, garantindo que nossa saída fosse tranquila e confortável.

Recomendo este hotel sem hesitar. O cuidado e atenção do Sr. Goni e de sua esposa tornam a estadia memorável e única.

街の中心にあり観光に便利だった。
駐車場は事前予約で問題なく使用でき、駐車もしやすかった。
朝食はスタッフの対応も含めてコース料理のような豪華さだった。
スリッパ、歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップなど、必要なアメニティがそろっていた。
冷蔵庫にはサービスのハーブ水があった。

Cons:

部屋はあまり広くなかったが、特に問題はなかった。
時間帯によっては、ホテルの前の道が混むようだ。

Amazing family run business
Pros:

The staff are incredibly friendly and hard working. The room was very large and comfortable and the breakfast was the best I've ever had anywhere in the world!

Very close to the centre but with free private parking. I couldn't ask for more!

Cons:

Only a tiny thing but a small soap tray on the wall in the shower would be perfect for storing shampoo and conditioner.

Great Value and location will definitely stay again when in Tiranë

Location is perfect, 5 mins from Skandenburg Sq
The hotel itself was perfect for my long weekend great value
The Hosts were fantastic and accommodating.. freshly prepared breakfast when you are ready
I had to leave early on my check out day, & the hosts prepared my breakfast earlier than usual time for me so I could eat before leaving

The Host was Such a pleasure to meet..a wonderful man who Went out of his way..above and Beyond to meet my needs. Super guy..!! And He and his wife prepared a Wonderful breakfast..!! Again ,,Above and Beyond my Expectations..!!! Delicious and The Presentation was 5 Star Quality..

Cons:

Only problem that I had was Getting in and out of my Room...104...The lock was tricky and had to be opened in such a way. Rather annoying... But fixable..

The perfect hotel
Pros:

It’s actually scandalous this is only rated 9.4 because it should be higher. This is a model for how all hotels should be run. The best staff you will ever come across and the finest breakfast I’ve eaten at a hotel. The dinner was pretty amazing too. Just stay here if you can because hotels don’t get better than this.

Cons:

Couldn’t get WiFi in my room but minor quibble and a good break from the phone.

De eigenaar en personeel waren enorm vriendelijk. En zoals door velen al vermeld het ontbijt is 5 sterren waardig: heerlijk gevarieerd en vers.

Geen bureau om aan te werken. Er werd gerookt in de ontbijtzaal

Excellent sincèrement ça vaut un Hilton ou marriott
Pros:

Hôtel parfait !
Nous avons réservé deux chambres pour une famille, et tout était très confortable. L’hôtel est très beau, assez petit mais charmant et chaleureux.

Le petit-déjeuner change chaque matin, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Gros point positif : ayant des intolérances au lactose et au gluten, l’hôtel a su s’adapter personnellement et préparer des alternatives sans aucun supplément, ce qui est rare et très appréciable.

Le personnel est exceptionnel, vraiment digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Chaque serveur était incroyable, attentif et professionnel. De plus l'hotel est a 5 minutes a pied du centre !
La nourriture est divine et à des prix très corrects. Nous avons également commandé le room service, qui était parfait.

Honnêtement, quoi que vous demandiez, ils feront leur maximum pour le réaliser.
Petit bonus très appréciable : le petit-déjeuner à emporter, même lorsque nous avons quitté la chambre à 4h du matin.

Je n’ai absolument aucun point négatif à signaler.
Une expérience au top, je recommande les yeux fermés

clean hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff

The breakfast was multiple courses and very good. the hotel is well located walkable to all sights and restaurants. the staff is very friendly and there is a small parking lot behind the hotel
