Treebo Shree Sai Suites - 2km from Mahalaxmi Temple

It was a comfortable stay. Room was spacious and with all required Amenities. Courteous staff.

Only glitch was car parking space was clogged with drain water, due to which had to park the car outside the hotel Infront of the main gate.

Excellent stay with near room meeting the standard and great hospitality by staff. Location is 20 mins from MIDC. It's value for money. Premium room had 4 beds and room was very spacious. Parking is ample.

We had wonderful stay in this hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Good complimentary breakfast with multiple options 👌 also for cars they have secured covered parking . The location of this hotel is also good.

Cleanliness in room was very poor. Breakfast was tasteless and very limited. No attached restaurant (only for namesake). Wifi was not provided. Very difficult to park the vehicle. Rafting was very steep. Room was not sound proof. As connected to main road, you can not sleep because of horns of vehicles. Not a pleasant stay.

Team, just feedback, please make arrangements for Wheel Chair at your property for Old persons, Patient and Handicapped people. rest I love the Treebo properties to stay with my family and will recommend them.

We stayed here for 1 night and glad we picked this up. We checked in pretty late and check-in was breeze. All the amenities was as expected and breakfast options could have been better. Parking is underground and space is tight. You need to careful going in, parking and coming out. This property is close to Mahalaxmi temple and good for short stays.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to all the sight seeing spots, rooms are decent, but need a lot of improvement in their house keeping, toilets were dirty, so was the room, and the linen was really stinky, the towels were like sand paper.
The only plus point was the helpful nature of the staff.

Nit sure because of the current situation. No coffee maker in rooms for early riser. Coffee shop opens at 7.00am. Towels needs to checked properly before using. There are stains. Food is good. Breakfast is not upto the mark.Room service needs improvement and Doors are not having keys properly. Everytime u go out you have to call the reception to open the door. Thought we were. Informed that previous customer has lost the key. But privacy becomes an issue

First aid kit was not available in hotel. We had to check out at 7.30am but staff refused to serve breakfast before 8am and the quality of breakfast was not up to the mark and had very limited options too. Bathrooms of the rooms needs renovation as well.

We were on our way to Mumbai from Goa and decided to halt at Kolhapur which was an impromptu decision so we did not pre book the hotel. Looked for many options nearby this hotel and all of them were really bad. Found this place and it was newly constructed it seems. We stayed here only for 1 night. This is on the main road and accessible. Parking was good. Rooms were clean and had a large balcony. Linen was clean. AC was not malfunctioning. Bathroom was clean. Recommended hotel for stay.

I have stayed at various Treebo Hotels in different cities but never had a bad experience except at this property. We reached the hotel at 1145PM and requested for late check out by 1pm or 2pm but the staff named Tapan Naik told us late checkout is not possible (despite there were rooms available for next day). When i asked for late checkout he told me they will charge for full day. And then he said "checkin karna hai to karo" he then called the owners and they too misbehaved on the phone and threatened ua that they wont allow us to stay at the hotel as they are the owners. Later 2 of them came at around 1230AM (after 45mins) and started arguing which went on for another half hour. The staff Tapan Naik did not even once apologized for misbehaving with us and the owner kept on saying it was our fault. The room was also not that great, flow of water in shower is too slow. Breakfast was also ok. The have put Suites in the name but it is a below average hotel. And the worst part was if you are in auch situation, you have no option to contact Treebo. Their numbers are no where mentioned in the app or the email. Now i have doubts on even Treebo.

The best location to stay with family...the staff is very helpful...the reservation and payment system was very convenient...and not to forget about the location it is centrally located and easy to find...the breakfast was awesome...

Clean rooms, clean bathroom. Hot water and working air conditioning. It is value for money. We opted for road side room to have balcony.
The parking underground is bit scary. Slope is very steep. Mahalaxmi temple is at a short auto ride distance.

Excellent location, reasonably priced, clean rooms, Good food. Nearby lots of food facilities of different variety. AT the heart of city. Easy access to travel to all over Kolhapur City. Right on the main road with parking facilities.
