Dans l’ensemble, une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était vraiment au rendez-vous : le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible, ce qui fait toute la différence. Le lieu est très bien situé proche du centre de Palmanova. Le buffet est varié et de très bonne qualité, il y en a pour tous les goûts. La piscine est également très agréable, bien entretenue. Enfin, le logement était spacieux, confortable et très appréciable.

Cons:

Petit point à améliorer : l’isolation n’est pas parfaite, on peut entendre du bruit le matin. Cela dit, cela reste peu dérangeant, surtout si l’on a l’habitude de se lever tôt.

Not the best but good
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear everything through the walls, and there’s constant noise from the balconies and corridors. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

La posizione

Cons:

Il personale e il fatto che ci hanno dato una camera nella quale la porta non funzionava, ce ne hanno data un’altra dove abbiamo fatto una brutta figura perché c’erano dentro altre persone, ci hanno ridato quella con la maniglia della porta rotta, tra l’altro con le scale e avendo un passeggino per un bambino di meno un anno non era molto comodo.
