Great location and comfort, but disappointing shower pressure
Pros:

I really loved this property, especially its location. It’s right beside SM, so it’s very central and everything is within walking distance—we didn’t have to spend much on taxis at all. Another thing I appreciated was the staff—they were all so nice and polite, which made the stay even more pleasant. One of the best features of the hotel, though, has to be the bed. It was incredibly comfortable, including the pillows, which made it easy to rest after a long day. I also liked that they have a smart TV, which was a nice bonus

Cons:

Unfortunately, the downside of the hotel was the bathroom—particularly the shower. We had to report it twice during our stay because the water pressure was very weak. The bidet and the sink faucet actually had better pressure than the shower itself. It would take us around 30 to 40 minutes just to properly wash because the water was only trickling. Although someone came to check it each time we raised the issue, the problem wasn’t really resolved. That was definitely the worst part of our stay. I do hope they look into improving the shower pressure, as it really needs attention

Loved it. Will stay here again!
Pros:

Really nice vibe. Really modern styled lobby. Rooms were very nicely done. Walking distance to the big mall. Rooms are small but space efficient.

Cons:

Water saving shower heads made for weak showers. Breakfast buffet was very Filipino. A bit scarce for the American pallet.

really able to enjoy baguio because of its location and we were well rested
Pros:

all the staff are friendly and they were very accommodating of our requests especially our late check out and early check in. they always greet us and they make sure we maximized are stay in baguio. they also upgraded our room.

Good location.
Pros:

Our room was spacious , bed was clean, little over a minute away from the mall. The interior is very cool and design looks like an art gallery. Really close to the Night Market too and different food places. Good value for money. Easy to hail a cab. Staff are really courteous amd friendly. Breakfast also is really good and different dishes everyday.

Cons:

Dusty. Dust everywhere, the platform next to our bed was very dusty. Some of the plates at the breakfast hall are dusty too.

Pros:

Great location—just a 5–6 minute walk to SM Baguio. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. The staff were amazing! The valet attendant was friendly and attentive, and the café staff were very kind to bring our food to the room. The building has a modern and aesthetically pleasing design, which stands out compared to many other hotels in Baguio.

Cons:

Although we booked a room for 4 people, it felt a bit crowded. The bathroom was small, and the hot shower handle was a bit tricky—you had to adjust it carefully to get the right temperature. There's no full sized mirrors. There's only 1 pillow per person.
