Great location—just a 5–6 minute walk to SM Baguio. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. The staff were amazing! The valet attendant was friendly and attentive, and the café staff were very kind to bring our food to the room. The building has a modern and aesthetically pleasing design, which stands out compared to many other hotels in Baguio.

Cons:

Although we booked a room for 4 people, it felt a bit crowded. The bathroom was small, and the hot shower handle was a bit tricky—you had to adjust it carefully to get the right temperature. There's no full sized mirrors. There's only 1 pillow per person.

Zimmer hat mir nicht gefallen
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 4. Stock, der interessanterweise unter der Erde liegt Handtuch im Badezimmer und aufgehängte Kleidung fühlte sich immer feucht an. Wenn ich das Licht ausgemacht haben 2 Lampen weiter geleuchtet, nur weniger hell.

Ich würde nicht nochmal buchen, für den Preis hatte ich oft bessere Unterkünfte.

It was ok. If the above issues were addressed, this would be a very good hotel.
Pros:

The location is good.
Room was comfortable
Staff were extremely helpful and all very nice.

Cons:

The shower was cold.
There was no house keeping service during the stay to ensure clean towels , toilet paper replacements, rubbish taken away etc.

It’s great. This is our second year to be there.
Pros:

The location is amazing. It’s clean. The staff is amazing. They are super accommodating.

Pros:

Location was essentially in the heart of the city. Our first room selection was quite small. The staff moved us the following day to a more "standard" size room which was excellent. When booking the room I may not have read the room description closely but the staff was very quick to show us two rooms which were available and we were pleased with their personal service as well as the other two choices which made our multi-day stay quite enjoyable. The G-1 is across the street from a huge 4-story shopping mall as well as within 6 or 7 minute walk of the UP campus. The hotel menu was somewhat limited but the staff and the available food and beverage choices were quite good. The grilled ham and cheese sandwich was excellent and a light meal two. Lots of things to do and places to eat within a very short walk....5 to 8 minutes. Because of the mountain location the days are pleasantly cool and the evenings can be a little chilly. The entire staff was wonderful and overly attentative. Some many things to see and do in Baguio kept us as busy as we wanted to be. As a tourist, when driving a good GPS is almost essential.
