Clean, comfortable but be prepared to go screen free unless you bring your own data. Do try the coffee company downstair
Pros:

Good location, very clean rooms and nice staff. Curious Coffee Company was excellent

Cons:

No tv! No prior notice that the room has a tv but no cable and the WiFi signal is dismal and password changes daily. We were there for one week so constantly changing passwords were a real pain. The signal wasn’t strong enough to stream a movie; we could get through a fourth of one with constant screen freezing. Breakfast buffet was terrible.

Pros:

Affordable. Very close proximity to SM. Rooms are clean. Close to all eateries.

Cons:

Have a problem with the weak shower water though but thats my only gripe.
Can be very noisy at times. Especially at night.
