I like the location of the hotel since it's near places I wanted to visit. It's also a few minutes walk to SM
The lack of mirror inside the actual room. It would be better if there's also a full length mirror outside the bathroom so I don't have to keep coming back inside the bathroom whenever I start to get ready.
All good
Nothing
The staff were accommodating, and housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room.
The hotel is badly overdue for refurbishment. The carpet was extremely worn, flattened and stained. The window seals/gaskets were coming out of the frames, and the bathroom had a prefabricated shower pan that looked like a repair rather than a proper renovation. The room was dark and cramped. An emergency/fire door near my room repeatedly slammed shut during the night and disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was also very poor—the food was cold and the overall quality was unacceptable. The location looks convenient on a map, but Baguio’s steep terrain makes getting here with luggage from the Genesis terminal difficult, particularly in heavy rain.
The saving glory of this hotel is its exceptional location. It is literally 2-3 minutes walk from Session tosd, making almost all nearby attractions easily walkable. I also appreciated that the room was equipped with a hairdryer, mini fridge (super tiny), a safety box and nice towels.
I will try to be diplomatic about this, but this was honestly the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. Room 802 was described as a Butterfly Superior Room, which the araff referred to as even having a "sun porch". However, the room was extremely cramped and dark and tiny. The so called sun porch was nothing more than a very narrow space , perhaps only about six inches wide located directly in front of electrical wires and transmission. It offered no privacy, as people walking outside could easily see in the room, leaving us no choice but to keep the curtains closed at all times. What disappointed me even more was the way the staff handled my concern. Although I had booked and paid for a Superior Butterfly Room through Booking.com, even paid higher price in the platform. I was simply told that, to them it was just a standard room. The weather was so bad forcing us to stay in this hole during our entire trip. 😪 Overall I felt I got scammed
Very near to all and the people were lovely.
close to Session road and SM
A decent mini fridge that’ll fit our drinks would be nice but it’s just a minor thing.
交通非常便利,住宿地點附近就有SM mall吃東西買東西都很方便 房間很大也有陽台 櫃檯人員超級親切 早餐很好吃

Proximity and accessibility, right beside SM Mall. Very accommodating staff, rooms are spotless, no closets though but as we're just staying for three days, it wasn't a problem. The cafe, restaurant and bar are inside the hotel so really no need to go out unless there's somewhere you need to be. Cozy and comfy, one of the best hotels in Baguio in my book.
Closets would have been better, but I guess the hotel was designed with a weekender in mind. Bar is open until 11pm but I heard they close the kitchen at 9pm or thereabouts. You have to be really high up to appreciate the view as it is in the heart of the city.
It’s the location of the property that I liked cause it’s close to the mall
The room that I got it a lot smaller than it looked in the photos
Just the architectural design of the lobby
Rooms were smaller that the pictures on the website. The breakfast buffet was bad, salad had only 2 veggies, omelette took forever even though they barely had customers in the morning.
