Excellent place to stay in Belgaum. So convenient, with access to all parts of the city.
Pros:

Breakfast spreads were amazing, covering all kinds of local as well favourites from across the country.

Cons:

Outdoor seating areas in the lawn, could be more inviting. Missed some soft background music in the lobby, lifts, hallways.

Friendly staff , clean room

Cons:

My room on 7th floor was just below the party room on 9th floor were they played very loud music till 12 30 in the night. Very disturbing and couldn't sleep. Which hotel put party room and plays loud music DJ night blah blah which causes disturbance to guest in the room.

Cons:

Limited knowledge of restaurant attendants about food. When I asked them for Yogurt they offered plain curd. Of course, this is not serious but for a level of UK27 - The Ferns this should have been looked into. Having a lot of footfall of American and European customers they usually prefer Yogurt and do not wish to consume plain curd.
