Cons:

The staff are not trained. First we were offered a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. Then they changed the room at our request. Next there is a club on the roof top. The DJ was so loud that the entire hotel vibrates. A number of guests complained for more than an hour. The music was shut down only around 1 am. My mom actually checked out and stayed with family.
